Dr. Mehmet Cemil Uygur is a respected urologist with expertise in uro-oncology and robotic urologic surgery. He earned his M.D. from Hacettepe University Medical School. He started his residency in urology at Gazi University Hospital in 1987 and completed his specialization in 1992, becoming a urology specialist.
