Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı graduated from the İzmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and began his career as an Emergency Physician in Sakarya. His interest in aesthetic medicine gradually led him to focus solely on hair transplantation. He received his initial training in this field at prestigious clinics in Turkey and abroad.

In 2002, he obtained a Micrograft Hair Transplantation Certification from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in Berlin, gaining the authority to perform hair transplants using the FUT technique.
