Dr. Barış Kanık began his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and completed his training in 2015. In 2017, he started working as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, one of Istanbul’s major training and research institutions.

In 2022, he was appointed to Çankırı State Hospital, where he completed his compulsory medical service between 2022 and 2024. Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

Between 2010 and 2018, Dr. Hişmi held various positions in hospitals across Turkey, focusing on advanced ENT procedures including nasal surgery, sinus treatments and otoplasty. In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. This international research experience further refined his expertise in facial anatomy and functional-aesthetic surgery techniques.

From 2019 to 2022, he served as a specialist at the Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital’s ENT department, providing both surgical care and mentorship to junior colleagues. During the 2022–2024 academic years, he taught theoretical and practical ENT training at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Medicine, contributing to the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr. Kadri İla graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006. He went on to complete his specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, where he laid the foundation for his career in functional and aesthetic nasal surgery.

In 2020, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor, in recognition of his contributions to clinical practice, academic research and medical education.

His clinical focus lies in rhinoplasty and nasal airway surgery. He treats nasal septum deviation (curvature), turbinate hypertrophy (concha issues), and chronic sinusitis with an integrative approach that combines both aesthetic precision and functional correction. He is also experienced in otoplasty (ear reshaping surgery).

Dr. İla has enriched his medical perspective with international clinical experience. He worked as an observer at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Cancer Institute in the Netherlands, as well as in the United States.
