Experience

On his return from London, he organized and directed the Arrhythmia Unit of the Cardiology Service of the University Hospital Nuestra Señora del Pino in Las Palmas until 2000.

He later became Deputy Director of the Arrhythmia Department and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory at the Jimenez Diaz Foundation in Madrid.

Under his leadership, the hospital is actively expanding its services, including paediatric cardiology and intensive care, and is planning to establish an interdisciplinary center for parents and children on the basis of the Department of Paediatrics.

Dr. Propson's many years of experience have established him as a leading expert in neonatology and paediatric cardiology in Germany and Europe. For many years Dr. Propson worked as a leading physician in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Leverkusen Clinic in Leverkusen, Germany, where he was also responsible for managing the paediatric intensive care unit. In addition to his primary work, Dr. Propson devotes a great deal of time to continuing education to ensure that his patients receive the most up-to-date treatments in his department.

Dr. Özcan Uzun is a nephrology specialist. He earned his medical degree from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine (2005-2011). He completed his internal medicine and nephrology training at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine (2012-2016, 2018-2022).

Dr. Uzun treats acute and chronic kidney failure, diabetic kidney disease, Fabry disease, glomerulonephritis, hyponatremia, kidney disease related to heart failure, and vasculitis. He is skilled in managing diabetic kidney disease, treating glomerulonephritis, providing hemodialysis, and controlling hypertension.

He has worked as an internal medicine specialist at Batman Training and Research Hospital. He also served as a nephrology specialist at Yalova State Hospital. Dr. Uzun is a member of the Turkish Nephrology Association and the Izmir Medical Chamber.
