Dr. Arye Blachar is a diagnostic radiologist with expertise in abdominal imaging, hepatic perfusion imaging, CT colonography, and body MR imaging. He focuses on imaging studies of the abdominal and pelvic organs. He has a special interest in diagnosing cancers of the liver, lung, prostate, stomach, adrenal glands, breast, and esophagus, as well as peritoneal mesothelioma.

Dr. Blachar has been recognized as one of the best teachers at Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine. Forbes Israel named him one of the country's top physicians in 2021.
