I was born in Adana in 1983. I graduated from Hacettepe University (ing) in 2007 and started to work as an orthopedic assistant at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital in 2008. After completing his medical doctorate education at Gazi University School of Medicine, which is located in the capital city of Ankara he carried on to his Orthopaedic and Traumatology fellowship training at the same university. After his fellow training, he completed his mandatory governmental and military duties as an orthopaedic surgeon between 2008 and 2011. He later started his Orthopaedic career in Istanbul Acıbadem Hospitals network. Between 2013 and 2022 he served as an academic member of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar School of Medicine where he was entitled Associate Professor in 2021. He is now private practicing in his own clinic in Istanbul. 

Starting from the year 2014 he has been especially focused on the fields of patient-specific orthopaedic surgery, computer-aided surgical planning, 3D printed custom surgical guides and implants. These fields are very novel even throughout the world. He performed many surgeries as the first examples of their own for Turkey. He mainly uses his special interest and knowledge on patient-specific orthopaedics to surgically treat technically challenging cases of malunion, bone deformity and complex arthroplasty cases including revision arthroplasty. 

Dr. Cengiz Sen is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist. He has expertise in revision arthroplasty, degenerative joint disease, congenital limb deformities, and pediatric orthopedic disorders. Dr. Sen is skilled in limb lengthening, pseudoarthrosis surgery, and managing periprosthetic infections. He is also a pioneer in using stem cell therapy for orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Sen has published many articles, especially on total knee replacement and infected nonunion. He is a professor at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He has received the AOTT Oral Presentation Award for his academic and clinical achievements.

Dr. Azmi Hamzaoglu is a leading spine surgeon with 36 years of experience in orthopedics and traumatology. He founded the Istanbul Scoliosis and Spine Center, the first facility in Turkey focused on spine surgery.

Dr. Hamzaoglu has performed thousands of complex surgeries, such as discectomy, kyphoplasty, scoliosis correction, and anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. He is known for developing new surgical techniques and has played a key role in improving spine care in Turkey.

He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association. He has also held important academic and clinical leadership positions, showing his dedication to high standards and patient care in spine surgery.
