I graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. I worked as an Emergency Physician at Istanbul Şişli Etfal Hospital until 1997. Between 1997-2003, I worked in Izmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery clinic. In 2004-2005, I worked in Izmir Private Kent Hospital Plastic Surgery clinic. I received training in the field of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Italy, Florence and Milan. I have articles published in domestic and foreign journals. I work at Clinic Hair as their chief plastic surgeon for past 5 years

University in 1995. I have completed my
ENT specialty education in Istanbul
University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine
in 1999. In 2012 (Written), I took the
(Washington) American Facial Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery Board (Proficiency)
exam (Oral) in 2013 in London and obtained
the International and European
Competency Certificate for Facial Plastic
Surgery. I am one of the 5 people who
earned this document in Turkey. I became
an associate professor in 2007 and an ENT
professor in 2013.
During this period, I focused my studies on nose and sinus surgery and facial
plastic surgery, cancer surgery and migraine surgery which are my special
interests. I worked with One of the founders of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery,
Prof Dr Heinz Stammberger (2001) Austri Graz University. I have attended
courses and congresses in all around the World in those areas. Also I have
given lectures in congresses about facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty . In
2012 and 2013, I worked with Dr. Vito C. Quatela in Quatela Plastic Surgery
Clinic(United States of America Rochester; New York). In 2013, I earned the
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery expertise given by the Ministry of Health. I
worked as a full-time lecturer in Mersin University ENT Department. In 2018, I
have received the title of Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for the
second time. As of 2018, while continuing my academic career as the Head
of the Department of Oral, Maxillofacial and Maxillofacial Surgery at Istanbul
University Faculty of Medicine, I have been accepting my patients at Istanbul
University Hospital with the title of Professor in 3 different medical specialties
and 2 different departments.
I have performed tens of thousands of facial plastic surgery operations on
nose, head and neck and ear areas and I have my own treatment techniques
in migraine surgery and rhinoplasty surgery. I have also so many experience
in revision rhinoplasty

He won the PhD in "Experimental Reconstructive Surgery" at the "Luigi Vanvitelli" University where he directed his research group and authored numerous scientific publications.
He participates in numerous conferences as a speaker and is registered with the most important and authoritative companies in the sector. Always looking for innovative techniques that improve patient satisfaction, he has performed numerous internships abroad and in Italy.
He worked for a year at the “Eva Peron” hospital in Buenos Aires by prof. Hector Lanza where he dedicated himself to reconstructive surgery of the breast and all congenital malformations of newborns. In fact, he participated in numerous humanitarian missions in the “Solitary Homeland Surgery” project. He spent 12 months in Rio de Janeiro where he dedicated himself to cosmetic surgery at the Ivo Pitanguy school and carried out hundreds of operations. He was in Brno in the Czech Republic at Prof. Vesely's plastic surgery clinic where he took refresher courses to perfect some microsurgery techniques for breast reconstruction.
He actively attended, both from an operating and a scientific point of view, the plastic surgery departments of the "Antonio Cardarelli" hospital and the "Pellegrini" hospital. He attended the Senology department at the "Pascale" hospital in Naples.
He was tutor of the Master of Aesthetic Medicine at the “Luigi Vanvitelli” University and was a teacher and tutor of cadaver dissection courses at the private University of Catalonia in Barcelona, during which he taught the most innovative surgical techniques for facial surgery.
I was born in Naples, born in 1981, and I have the best job in the world. Imagine waking up every morning and knowing that on that day you will make someone's dream come true: you will change a man's life forever, you will give birth to a new woman, you will help a girl achieve happiness, a boy gain self-confidence. I am Silvio Ascione, specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Son of art, from my father, a great man and great plastic surgeon, I learned the complex and enchanting magic of aesthetic plastic surgery. Nourished by art and medical knowledge, I grew up in operating theatres, always behind my father's back who, like the best of masters, passed on to me, a young disciple, the passion for a profession in which art combines to science to create masterpieces. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2005 from the Second University of Naples, qualified in the first session of 2006 and specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the School of Specialization of the Second University of Naples directed by Prof. Francesco D'Andrea, I am enrolled in the 'Order of Surgeons of Benevento and I obtained a Master's degree in Oncoplastic Surgery and integrated treatments at the University of Genoa.
My experience in the surgical room, however, began much earlier, and it was an intense, very hard journey, characterized by total dedication, constant updating, continuous training: initially internal at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of the S.U.N., I frequented then the Department of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Mediterranean Clinic of Naples affiliated with the “Tor Vergata” University of Rome, the A.O.R.N. Major Burns Center Department, directed by Prof. Roberto D'Alessio, the Trauma Center Department of Prof. Antonio Martin.
I regularly participate in all the main national and international Plastic Surgery conferences to stay constantly updated on the technological innovations offered by the market, the cutting-edge products and instruments to be used for my treatments, the new research and the most recent studies in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery.
I studied and carried out in-depth internships at universities and hospital centers in Spain, France and North America, gaining extraordinary experience on the most advanced surgical techniques, in particular on facial and breast rejuvenation.

Kadir Oyur is a dynamic and accomplished medical professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of surgery. He completed his Postgraduate Residency in Plastic Surgery at the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Minsk, Belarus, followed by another residency in General Surgery at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Kiev, Ukraine. Prior to this, he pursued his medical education at Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa English Medical School. Throughout his career, Kadir has held various positions, including roles at Europ-Assistance Insurance Company in Turkey and Antes Aesthetic Surgery Center in Belarus. He has actively engaged in research and observational programs at prestigious institutions like Harvard University Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the University of California, Irvine. Kadir is also proficient in computer skills and speaks multiple languages fluently, including English, Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, and German. Beyond his medical endeavors, he enjoys pursuits such as playing musical instruments, sailing, and cycling. Kadir is an active member of esteemed medical societies such as The International Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Mehmet Özdemir, a Turkish national born on July 20, 1990, in Mardin, Turkey, is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional. He completed his primary education in Mardin before pursuing his secondary education at Siirt Science High School in Siirt, Turkey. Later, he studied Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty English Division from September 2008 to August 2014. He began his residency as an Emergency Physician at Nusaybin State Hospital and continued his medical journey with various positions, including Resident Doctor at Dicle University Medical Faculty, specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. Özdemir's extensive experience includes electiveships and fellowships at prestigious institutions such as Hannover Medical School in Germany and Cerrahpaşa University Medical Faculty in Turkey. Notably, he conducted research on novel graft techniques for rhinoplasty, earning him recognition under the supervision of Dr. Mehmet Fatih Akkoç.
