I was born in Naples, born in 1981, and I have the best job in the world. I am Silvio Ascione, specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Son of art, from my father, a great man and great plastic surgeon, I learned the complex and enchanting magic of aesthetic plastic surgery. Nourished by art and medical knowledge, I grew up in operating theatres, always behind my father's back who, like the best of masters, passed on to me, a young disciple, the passion for a profession in which art combines to science to create masterpieces. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2005 from the Second University of Naples, qualified in the first session of 2006 and specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the School of Specialization of the Second University of Naples directed by Prof. Francesco D'Andrea, I am enrolled in the 'Order of Surgeons of Benevento and I obtained a Master's degree in Oncoplastic Surgery and integrated treatments at the University of Genoa.

My experience in the surgical room, however, began much earlier, and it was an intense, very hard journey, characterized by total dedication, constant updating, continuous training: initially internal at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of the S.U.N., I frequented then the Department of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Mediterranean Clinic of Naples affiliated with the “Tor Vergata” University of Rome, the A.O.R.N. Major Burns Center Department, directed by Prof. Roberto D'Alessio, the Trauma Center Department of Prof. Antonio Martin.

I regularly participate in all the main national and international Plastic Surgery conferences to stay constantly updated on the technological innovations offered by the market, the cutting-edge products and instruments to be used for my treatments, the new research and the most recent studies in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery.

He was in Brno in the Czech Republic at Prof. Vesely's plastic surgery clinic where he took refresher courses to perfect some microsurgery techniques for breast reconstruction.

He actively attended, both from an operating and a scientific point of view, the plastic surgery departments of the "Antonio Cardarelli" hospital and the "Pellegrini" hospital. He attended the Senology department at the "Pascale" hospital in Naples.

He was tutor of the Master of Aesthetic Medicine at the “Luigi Vanvitelli” University and was a teacher and tutor of cadaver dissection courses at the private University of Catalonia in Barcelona, during which he taught the most innovative surgical techniques for facial surgery.

Mehmet Özdemir, a Turkish national born on July 20, 1990, in Mardin, Turkey, is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional. He completed his primary education in Mardin before pursuing his secondary education at Siirt Science High School in Siirt, Turkey. Later, he studied Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty English Division from September 2008 to August 2014. He began his residency as an Emergency Physician at Nusaybin State Hospital and continued his medical journey with various positions, including Resident Doctor at Dicle University Medical Faculty, specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. Özdemir's extensive experience includes electiveships and fellowships at prestigious institutions such as Hannover Medical School in Germany and Cerrahpaşa University Medical Faculty in Turkey. Notably, he conducted research on novel graft techniques for rhinoplasty, earning him recognition under the supervision of Dr. Mehmet Fatih Akkoç. Özdemir further enriched his expertise through elective programs and fellowships, including a recent fellowship at the Auersvald Clinic in Curitiba, Brazil, under the guidance of Dr. Andre Auersvald. Kadir Oyur is a dynamic and accomplished medical professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of surgery. He completed his Postgraduate Residency in Plastic Surgery at the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Minsk, Belarus, followed by another residency in General Surgery at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Kiev, Ukraine. Prior to this, he pursued his medical education at Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa English Medical School. Throughout his career, Kadir has held various positions, including roles at Europ-Assistance Insurance Company in Turkey and Antes Aesthetic Surgery Center in Belarus. Kadir is also proficient in computer skills and speaks multiple languages fluently, including English, Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, and German. Giorgio Giovannelli was born in Rome on 18 April 1971.

He obtained his scientific high school diploma in the 1988/1989 school year at the “San Giuseppe Calasanzio” Institute in Rome.

In the 1989/1990 academic year he enrolled in the degree course in Medicine and Surgery at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

On 22 March 1997 he obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery discussing the experimental thesis in Plastic Surgery concerning the reconstruction of the breast entitled "Clinical and hemodynamic study on the phenomenon of autonomization in the myocutaneous flap of the rectus abdominis muscle (TRAM) ”, speaker Prof. Nicolò Scuderi.

He obtained the qualification to practice as a Doctor-Surgeon in the first session relating to the 1997 academic year.

In the A.Y. 2000/2001, being the winner of the relevant competition based on qualifications and exams, he enrolled in the first year of the specialization school in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Catholic University of Rome directed by Prof. Eugenio Farallo.

He attended, as a medical resident, the Plastic Surgery department of the “A. University Hospital” until January 2006. Gemelli” in Rome, directed by the head physician Prof. Eugenio Farallo, participating in the activities of the clinic, department and operating room.

On 10 February 2006 he obtained his specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with top marks, discussing the thesis entitled "Losses of substance in the lower limb; reconstructive techniques and the role of the plastic surgeon”, speaker Prof. Eugenio Farallo.

The scientific activity took the form of participation in congresses of the specialty, both national and international, refresher courses, reports at congresses of the specialty and the drafting and publication of scientific works in national and international specialist journals.

The studies and research carried out have concerned practically all sectors of plastic surgery with particular attention to the development of new techniques for cosmetic surgery and for the surgical therapy of skin tumors.

Competency Certificate for Facial Plastic

Surgery. I am one of the 5 people who

earned this document in Turkey. I became

an associate professor in 2007 and an ENT

professor in 2013.

During this period, I focused my studies on nose and sinus surgery and facial

plastic surgery, cancer surgery and migraine surgery which are my special

interests. I worked with One of the founders of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery,

Prof Dr Heinz Stammberger (2001) Austri Graz University. I have attended

courses and congresses in all around the World in those areas. Also I have

given lectures in congresses about facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty . In

2012 and 2013, I worked with Dr. Vito C. Quatela in Quatela Plastic Surgery

Clinic(United States of America Rochester; New York). In 2013, I earned the

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery expertise given by the Ministry of Health. I

worked as a full-time lecturer in Mersin University ENT Department. In 2018, I

have received the title of Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for the

second time. As of 2018, while continuing my academic career as the Head

of the Department of Oral, Maxillofacial and Maxillofacial Surgery at Istanbul

University Faculty of Medicine, I have been accepting my patients at Istanbul

University Hospital with the title of Professor in 3 different medical specialties

and 2 different departments.

I have performed tens of thousands of facial plastic surgery operations on

nose, head and neck and ear areas and I have my own treatment techniques

in migraine surgery and rhinoplasty surgery. I have also so many experience

in revision rhinoplasty
