The program includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medical assessment, individualized medication management, daily outpatient psychiatric supervision, sleep optimization strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) principles, stress and anxiety management, lifestyle and sleep hygiene counseling, and personalized treatment planning. Accommodation in a hotel or private apartment can be arranged throughout the treatment period. The program is delivered by a licensed multidisciplinary team in a confidential setting.

Doctor
Dr. Mark Semenov, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health since 2002. He graduated from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. He completed a psychiatry residency and is a certified specialist.
He has postgraduate training in addiction medicine, healthcare management, and emergency medical care. His practice focuses on addiction and dual diagnosis (substance use disorders with co‑occurring psychiatric illnesses). He provides assessment, medication management, medically supervised detox, relapse prevention, stabilization, and long‑term follow‑up. He works within a multidisciplinary team.

IsraRehab Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation Center is a private specialty clinic located in Kiryat Ekron, Israel. The clinic specializes in psychiatry, rehabilitation, and the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. It serves adults only. Approximately 40 patients receive treatment at the clinic each year. The clinic welcomes patients primarily from Eastern Europe, Europe, North America, and Australia.
