Dr. Jacob Rue is a veterinary orthopedic surgeon at Veselibu Clinic. He specializes in soft tissue surgery, pain management, and tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO). Dr. Rue won the small animal surgery award during his training at Ross University. He treats arthrosis and complex orthopedic cases in animals.
