The treatment package includes nuclear medicine consultation, comprehensive blood testing to assess kidney, liver, and hematologic function, MAG-3 renal scintigraphy during the first cycle if clinically indicated, administration of Actinium-225 DOTA therapy, and structured medical follow-up by a nuclear medicine specialist.
