Specialized Stroke and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Program
Our program focuses on intensive rehabilitation during the critical “golden period” within the first 3–6 months after stroke, when the brain has the highest potential for recovery. Early and structured rehabilitation during this phase significantly improves functional outcomes, mobility, and independence.
We provide personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s condition, including neurological assessment, functional evaluation, and goal-oriented treatment planning. The program combines physical therapy, functional training, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to maximize recovery.
In addition, we offer post-surgical rehabilitation for patients recovering from orthopedic or neurological procedures. Our approach helps reduce complications, restore movement, and accelerate safe return to daily activities.

Dr. Songpoj Tanprasert is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). He holds an M.D. and completed formal training in Rehabilitation Medicine. He has extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
His expertise includes stroke rehabilitation, chronic pain, sports injuries, and spine disorders. He develops individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans. He emphasizes non-surgical pain care and therapeutic exercise. He works with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to improve function.
