Doctor
Dr. Lika Mebagishvili, DDM, PhD student, is a triple-licensed oral surgeon, implantologist, and prosthodontist. She has 15+ years of experience. She founded and directs Skhva Clinic in Tbilisi. She performs complex full-arch rehabilitation and advanced implantology. She treats severe bone loss, including cases declined elsewhere.
In December 2024, she became the first dentist in Georgia to perform full-mouth bilateral subperiosteal implantation in a single surgery.
Academic and leadership roles: invited lecturer in Oral Surgery at the University of Georgia. Former chairman of the Dental Trade Union of Georgia for six years. Current PhD researcher in Public Health. She consults in English, Russian, and Georgian.

Skhva Clinic is a private dental clinic located in Tbilisi, Georgia. Led by Dr. Lika Mebagishvili, PhD, who lectures in oral surgery, the clinic specializes in advanced dental care, including subperiosteal implantation for patients with severe bone loss. Skhva Clinic uses a fully digital workflow with intraoral scanning and digital smile design, and its team provides care in fluent English and Russian. The clinic serves both adults and children, treating around 1,500 patients annually. Patients from the CIS countries, Europe, the Commonwealth, and Arab League countries visit the clinic most often.
