I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. Upon returning to my country, I can always ask a question by phone and receive a quick answer.

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical.
Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them.
Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support.
The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel.
I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic.
When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same.
I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief.
The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better.
If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny.

Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief.

Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk.
Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

This was my first trip to Istanbul. Coordinator Tatyana contacted me through Bookimed. With great patience and understanding of the problem, taking into account my very specific needs and wishes, the program and clinic were selected for me. It was about the implantation of 3 teeth, and the removal of 2 complex roots. I was very worried about the trip, Tatyana reassured me, said that the clinic provides both a transfer and an interpreter, this is included in the program. They even sent me a photo of where they would meet me. The way from the airport was long (by the standards of the country from which I came), but comfortable, I even knew how to watch a movie on Netflix in a limousine, which I had noticed for a long time. I was greeted at the clinic by the friendly, nice and competent Zülal, the Russian speaking coordinator of the clinic. The problem with a little trouble was quickly resolved, and at my request, the extraction of teeth and implantation were performed under anesthesia, the so-called sedation. I was counting on terrible pain, swelling and bruising (these are not the first implants that I put in my country) ... Imagine my surprise when in the morning there was no pain, no bruising, or even swelling! I was given antibiotics, and rinses, painkillers, which I never needed because there was no pain. I ate soft and liquid food after 2 hours. And now I'm eating a whole meal! Good day. I want to share my experience. Of the benefits: the price of the services that were agreed upon did not change during the treatment process. The transfer was well organized. As for the translator, I can’t say anything, I had an English-speaking guide and a doctor, there were no problems in communication. Cons: the doctor with whom we agreed behaved, in my opinion, very strange. When at the first consultation I asked a question about the possibility of additional additional services, I was given an amount that did not suit me, and I asked to leave only the treatment that we had previously agreed on. After that, I was taken to the waiting room, where I stayed for about 30 minutes, without any explanation. After my treatment, another doctor took over. Outwardly, I like the result, but time will tell the quality. A little advice about booking a hotel. It is better to do it yourself so that there are no surprises. For example, my hotel was not bad, but there was a mosque right opposite and starting from 5 in the morning, a prayer service began in the loudspeakers :)

I would highly recommend the SoracaMed clinic. Everything was organised, without delay, which is very important for a person who came for medical services from another country. The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. The amount for the services was also the same as what I had been quoted in correspondence prior to my arrival in the country. I am so happy with my dental treatment at the Soraca Med Clinic! I would like to emphasize very efficient work of the team. I came from another country and it took me literally 2 brief visits to have a job done! The doctor and all the medical personnel is highly qualified, very friendly, great attitude , great bedside manners. No forcing unnecessary expensive treatments, everything was up to the point. I have successfully undergone implantation and crowns at Mavidenta, I am very pleased with the results and the right choice of clinic, as I am not disappointed that I am a client of Mavidenta! When it comes to teeth, I am not a brave man to put it mildly; I consider myself a client distrustful, demanding, picky and even capricious (I can't help it - my nature is like that); Everything that I was "scaremongered" by acquaintances - I was bypassed! I was frightened that grinding teeth will be painful.I willingly believe, the patient has no reason to lie! But not in the clinic Mavidenta! Here at the teeth grinding I was completely anaesthetised. In my case, both stages of treatment went without excesses: no high temperatures, no inflammatory processes, no hints of rejection of implants!From the moment of surgery to the final result - a gorgeous smile! (Hollywood rests!).Everything went great, on the level, as it should be!!! I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. Everything is simply amazing. Once again, many thanks to Christina, Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz for their professionalism. Good evening! The most important thing that I liked that I left with my teeth. I would like to be more attentive to the people doing their work, but with such a load and flow of people it is difficult to do, but it must be done.I can not say about anyone in particular, but I did not have one doctor, and each procedure / implant placement, temporary crowns and then installation and preparation of permanent zirconium crowns was done by different doctors.I can thank the last one - Mustafa.Attentive doctor.Thank you.The nursing staff is also very responsible and the cleanliness of the room is perfect.Thank you.....

I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.

I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief.
The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better.
If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny.

I have successfully undergone implantation and crowns at Mavidenta, I am very pleased with the results and the right choice of clinic, as I am not disappointed that I am a client of Mavidenta! When it comes to teeth, I am not a brave man to put it mildly; I consider myself a client distrustful, demanding, picky and even capricious (I can't help it - my nature is like that); Everything that I was "scaremongered" by acquaintances - I was bypassed! How long is the recovery period?

I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical.
Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them.
Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support.
The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel.
I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic.

This was my first trip to Istanbul. Coordinator Tatyana contacted me through Bookimed. With great patience and understanding of the problem, taking into account my very specific needs and wishes, the program and clinic were selected for me. It was about the implantation of 3 teeth, and the removal of 2 complex roots. I was very worried about the trip, Tatyana reassured me, said that the clinic provides both a transfer and an interpreter, this is included in the program. They even sent me a photo of where they would meet me. The way from the airport was long (by the standards of the country from which I came), but comfortable, I even knew how to watch a movie on Netflix in a limousine, which I had noticed for a long time. I was greeted at the clinic by the friendly, nice and competent Zülal, the Russian speaking coordinator of the clinic. The problem with a little trouble was quickly resolved, and at my request, the extraction of teeth and implantation were performed under anesthesia, the so-called sedation. I was counting on terrible pain, swelling and bruising (these are not the first implants that I put in my country) ... Imagine my surprise when in the morning there was no pain, no bruising, or even swelling! I was given antibiotics, and rinses, painkillers, which I never needed because there was no pain. I ate soft and liquid food after 2 hours. And now I'm eating a whole meal! Christina the co ordinator was outstanding the dentist her level f attention to detail was amazing, I had my implants done elsewhere and there were lots of problems my dentist went above and beyond to help and rectify the issues could commend them highly enough

The staff are polite, attentive. They try to make the right decision about your treatment. I would have preferred more explanation of the treatment situation. Why the decision or treatment tactics have changed. It should be justified. To discuss the next steps of treatment. After all, travelling from far away is planning additional free days and money for the patient.

I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

The way from the airport was long (by the standards of the country from which I came), but comfortable, I even knew how to watch a movie on Netflix in a limousine, which I had noticed for a long time. I was greeted at the clinic by the friendly, nice and competent Zülal, the Russian speaking coordinator of the clinic. The problem with a little trouble was quickly resolved, and at my request, the extraction of teeth and implantation were performed under anesthesia, the so-called sedation. I was counting on terrible pain, swelling and bruising (these are not the first implants that I put in my country) ... Imagine my surprise when in the morning there was no pain, no bruising, or even swelling! I was given antibiotics, and rinses, painkillers, which I never needed because there was no pain. I ate soft and liquid food after 2 hours. And now I'm eating a whole meal! In my case, the following happened: after the implantation, an estimate for the crowns was made and the full price was agreed upon. When I arrived for the implantation, it turned out that I would have to pay more than previously agreed. Since I would need a different system for the crowns on the upper jaw and it costs more! All this is understandable, but I don't understand why I was not informed about this at the first visit? It should have been informed that if everything is fine, it will be so, if not, there are other options, but they cost more and there is no problem, a person will immediately decide for himself that it is necessary to have more money with you or to look for other options! And that would be fair!

I am so happy with my dental treatment at the Soraca Med Clinic! I would like to emphasize very efficient work of the team. I came from another country and it took me literally 2 brief visits to have a job done! The doctor and all the medical personnel is highly qualified, very friendly, great attitude , great bedside manners. No forcing unnecessary expensive treatments, everything was up to the point. Everything is simply amazing
I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

Good evening! The most important thing that I liked that I left with my teeth. I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.

I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. For me this was worth every penny
I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical.
Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them.
Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support.
The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel.
I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic.
When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same.
I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief.
The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better.
If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny.
Tips and things to be aware of:
If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax.
If you pay cash you don't.
Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief.
Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time.
Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk.
Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting
