Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I would like to thank the Bookimed team and the MediPol team for their excellent service ❤️.

I was recommended Dr Med by Bookimed, a very good, trustworthy medical platform. My accordinator could not speak highly enough of Dr and the team, and she was right. From start to finish I received the best medical and supportive care. Muhlise who was there for me to talk to 24 hours a day is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across, answering all my questions, concerns and organising everything for me. They checked my bloods and did a full health check to check that I was well enough to have all the procedures. The nurses were so lovely and there every second to look after me and make sure I had a good, quick recovery. Within 3 days I felt as if I hadn't even had an operation. I had no discomfort, no pain, was able to see a bit of Istanbul which was lovely. I was put in such a lovely hotel and luxuary transfer to and from all my appointments and airports. I am so happy with my results. Thank you so much Dr Med team for all you have done for me. I have been in the best hands.

From the very first message with Bookimed, I felt safe and secure with my choice of clinic for my cosmetic procedures. The price was very reasonable and the clinic was very accomodating with my request to install payment plan and let me book the procedures months in advance. The communications between myself, the Bookimed team and the clinic were always smooth and frequent. The never pushed their own agenda with my procedures and were very honest in their recommendations. When I had my appointment with the doctor, he recommended one less procedure and I was allowed to put the extra money towards my post care lymphatic massages. The team at the DR.MED Clinic were amazing, they took really good care of me from when I landed in Istanbul until when I flew out. They organised all of my transportation, appointments and aftercare. The team at the modus hotel were also superstars, no ask was too big or small, going above and beyond in service with no hidden charges. I’m on government money to live my daily life, I’ve wanted this operation for 38years since one of my pregnancies made my belly swell to the point of my skin being see through. I got down to being a good weight, as with all my children,, I had this Awful amount of hanging skin just there on my body, I would look at it and call myself names, I would look down and see a bulge that I hated, even through my clothes. I finally sold my car and thank God in heaven. My bank gave me a loan that gave me approximately £10,000 on the dot and could not go over that… At bookimed they actually listened to everything I had to say my budget limit, what I wanted, what I wanted to look like,, don’t get me wrong I don’t mind getting old part of life. They made all the arrangements Dr , CLINIC, consultations, transfers, they were there at every corner at every question that I asked over and over again, you name it they listened, and I could not recommend a more perfect company to go through. If you have any doubts. I done a lot of searching months and months and months of searching as with these online drs. You never know if you’re getting a good one, If the reviews are real, if the final cost is going to be exactly what you expected.
I am as real as they get just an ordinary person live in a government funded life, I do not have a daddy who is rolling in cash. I do not have a mummy who would give me everything I asked I do not have a single penny so take it from me the place to start would be right here, you couldn’t ask for better people, to answer every question you ask even if it is over and over

Dr. Mustafa Aydinol was excellent – attentive, diligent, and thorough in explaining everything clearly. The hospital and staff were all lovely, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay.
Although I am happy with the outcome, I am still sore and bruised, but I will be more than happy to share photos at a later date.

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

I came to see the clinic after having two children looking to gain my confidence back. Starting from the time I initially contacted them they have been very responsive and timely in answering all of my questions. I was able to video chat with the doctor who answered all of my questions in advance. Upon arrival in the country we were greeted by the kind transportation team and taken to a hotel nice and close to the clinic. The next morning I was greeted by Muhlise and taken to the clinic for all testing and document singing before surgery. She is always there to answer questions, help you with anything you need (before and after surgery). She has been so kind and I could not have done this without her. A few days after surgery I was able to see the results and am so happy with them now but know the best is to come in the following weeks as swelling comes down. Thank you to the dr med team!! You have all been great. A special thank you to all of the nurses as well that help take care of me💕

From the very first message with Bookimed, I felt safe and secure with my choice of clinic for my cosmetic procedures. The price was very reasonable and the clinic was very accomodating with my request to install payment plan and let me book the procedures months in advance. The communications between myself, the Bookimed team and the clinic were always smooth and frequent. The never pushed their own agenda with my procedures and were very honest in their recommendations. When I had my appointment with the doctor, he recommended one less procedure and I was allowed to put the extra money towards my post care lymphatic massages. The team at the DR.MED Clinic were amazing, they took really good care of me from when I landed in Istanbul until when I flew out. They organised all of my transportation, appointments and aftercare. The team at the modus hotel were also superstars, no ask was too big or small, going above and beyond in service with no hidden charges. I came to see the clinic after having two children looking to gain my confidence back. Starting from the time I initially contacted them they have been very responsive and timely in answering all of my questions. I was able to video chat with the doctor who answered all of my questions in advance. Upon arrival in the country we were greeted by the kind transportation team and taken to a hotel nice and close to the clinic. The next morning I was greeted by Muhlise and taken to the clinic for all testing and document singing before surgery. She is always there to answer questions, help you with anything you need (before and after surgery). She has been so kind and I could not have done this without her. A few days after surgery I was able to see the results and am so happy with them now but know the best is to come in the following weeks as swelling comes down. Thank you to the dr med team!! You have all been great. A special thank you to all of the nurses as well that help take care of me💕

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I was recommended Dr Med by Bookimed, a very good, trustworthy medical platform. My accordinator could not speak highly enough of Dr and the team, and she was right. From start to finish I received the best medical and supportive care. Muhlise who was there for me to talk to 24 hours a day is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across, answering all my questions, concerns and organising everything for me. They checked my bloods and did a full health check to check that I was well enough to have all the procedures. The nurses were so lovely and there every second to look after me and make sure I had a good, quick recovery. Within 3 days I felt as if I hadn't even had an operation. I had no discomfort, no pain, was able to see a bit of Istanbul which was lovely. I was put in such a lovely hotel and luxuary transfer to and from all my appointments and airports. The doctor didn’t listen to my request/wishes for surgery and still did his own thing. My result came out horribly. Except the breast lift part was done very well. And after all the pain it wasn’t worth going. The nurses stayed on their phones all day. At times I was left for hours without assistance. I had to google translate for them to put on gloves. Yet they still would not listen to me before they placed my IV or handled blood without gloves. If you don’t speak Turkish it’s not worth it!

The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though
I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.
The ease of hospitality I was able to add onto my surgery or any fear I had I was informed on why I shouldn’t be fearful. The assistant and interpreter were perfect.

you couldn’t ask for better people, to answer every question you ask even if it is over and over
I’m on government money to live my daily life, I’ve wanted this operation for 38years since one of my pregnancies made my belly swell to the point of my skin being see through. I got down to being a good weight, as with all my children,, I had this Awful amount of hanging skin just there on my body, I would look at it and call myself names, I would look down and see a bulge that I hated, even through my clothes. I finally sold my car and thank God in heaven. My bank gave me a loan that gave me approximately £10,000 on the dot and could not go over that… At bookimed they actually listened to everything I had to say my budget limit, what I wanted, what I wanted to look like,, don’t get me wrong I don’t mind getting old part of life. They made all the arrangements Dr , CLINIC, consultations, transfers, they were there at every corner at every question that I asked over and over again, you name it they listened, and I could not recommend a more perfect company to go through. If you have any doubts. I done a lot of searching months and months and months of searching as with these online drs. You never know if you’re getting a good one, If the reviews are real, if the final cost is going to be exactly what you expected.
I am as real as they get just an ordinary person live in a government funded life, I do not have a daddy who is rolling in cash. I do not have a mummy who would give me everything I asked I do not have a single penny so take it from me the place to start would be right here, you couldn’t ask for better people, to answer every question you ask even if it is over and over
