Everything was absolutely perfect, very well coordinated and organized. It was a little daunting to be traveling to a country I'd never been before as a single female, but Bookimed took care of all the details and arranged everything into such a seamless and easy process. I really thought there'd be some kind of catch what with everything that came included in my quote, but it was exactly as advertised....no hidden fees or surprise costs for anything. I was booked into a high quality hotel with complementary breakfasts in a very safe area of town, I had free transportation to and from the airport, surgery and follow-up appointment that was always on time, complementary gifts from the surgeon and his assistant, the hospital staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and most importantly, I am amazed at the surgical results. I got a septorhinoplasty by Dr Mustafa Arkacay, he did an excellent job and I’m extremely happy with the results, super professional and was very direct and good.
Now, what I’m not so happy with, is the admin and payment side of this hospital, along with the translators. I paid the full amount quoted the day before my surgery (June 21st), and had the surgery done on June 22nd.
The next day after my surgery, while I’m still disoriented and unsure; I was taken to the payment office to make another payment of $179 usd. I wasn’t sure of this charge, as it wasn’t included in my quote, but I paid it because of confusion (mind you I’m by myself).
I was then also taken out to the lobby area, with a nose dripping with blood, and told that all cars were busy, and none were able to take me back to my hotel, so I should walk or take the bus (this is told by the translator). I had to contact my coordinator who told me that there’s been a bunch of confusion on the translators part, and she organised it for me (Dilara has been super helpful).
Now, I questioned the $179 charge to another translator a few days later, who told me that shouldn’t have happened. So my question is where was this money going to?
It’s been nearly 5 months since my surgery, and I’m still yet to see the refund in my account. I’m disappointed to say the least, and while the surgeon was excellent, it’s these experiences that dampen the overall experience.
Again, surgeon was 10/10, but the admin and payment system of this hospital is frustrating to say the least.
Would definitely be cautious if you’re booking a surgery through them, and make sure not to make any other payments after your surgery (if you’ve already paid in full).
I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I’ve given them so much time to amend this issue, and it’s still not fixed, so what can I do instead of give my honest feedback.

My experience with Istanbul aesthetic centre was amazing. I had to go to turkey alone so I was very anxious but Abdul coordinated everything so well I just needed to bring myself to Turkey and he sorted everything out for me. Even when I had problems with my airline he kindly rescheduled my appointment at the very last minute and for that I am grateful beyond words. When I got to turkey I had my transport waiting for me. At this point I was still worried, scenarios like me getting kidnapped or murdered kept on appearing in my mind but he drove me straight to my hotel and the driver was very courteous.
Next day, Abdul picked me up from my hotel and kindly brought me to the hospital where I did the payments and blood tests. The anaesthesiologist then came to ask me all the questions needed before my surgery, he was also very kind and had many many years of experience. When he left Abdul said that he was actually the owner of the place and I felt more relieved after hearing that because I felt sure that he wouldn’t let anything bad happen to me. But even if Abdul did not say that he already gave me such a good impression on our first meeting.
Then, the most awaited moment of my life came. I finally met my surgeon, Dr Gurhan. He was amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He asked me what I did not like about my nose. I had a bulbous nose and a flat wide tip. There was no definition to my nose but my bridge was alright I had no bumps and I liked the height. So I asked him what he thought I should change and he suggested that have an alar reduction a lateral cartilage removal on my tip to give it more definition and to raise my tip a little so it’s not as droopy. He also agreed that my bridge is fine so we decided not to touch it. When he finished speaking I knewI could trust him because he pointed out everything I thought was wrong about my nose which other people thought wasn’t really a problem. I even had a consultation before in my country and the lady said I had no problem and asked me to just leave it alone. To have someone see what you see is an amazing feeling. I also loved the fact that he just did what I wanted, he did not try to suggest me getting more things done such as maybe reducing my bridge. I said I wanted natural and I want it to suit my face and he gave me exactly that. I am so thankful to Dr Gurhan. He has miracle hands. I have had this insecurity for 9 yrs. I always dreamed of getting my nose done but I always held myself back because of the fear that I might make it worse than before. When Abdul sent me his profile I was very impressed as he has 35 yrs of experience and many achievements. The only problem was that there are very few reviews about him so I was a little skeptical. I decided to look at other doctors who have more reviews and even spoke to them but for some reason my gut feeling kept on telling me that I should go with Dr Gurhan. It is the best decision ever.
After speaking to him, the nurses came after an hour and while waiting Abdul kept me company throughout which in turn made me feel relaxed as I did not have to think about my operation. So I got on the operating bed and the last thing I remembered was as being wheeled to the operating room. When I woke up I was already in the recovery room. I vaguely remember dr Gurhan telling me, you look beautiful. I could not respond because of drowsiness but in my head I was like YESSS!!
I stayed at Istanbul aesthetic for a night. The nurses took care of me so well. I had a whole room to myself and they would come to check up on me. Honestly, when I was there I only felt terrible when I needed to vomit but after letting it out I felt better and I was able to eat. Next day, dr Gurhan came and checked up on me he said my incisions look good and I should come after 7 days to get them removed. Abdul came in with a bunch of medication and dr Gurhan instructed me on how to take it.
I went back to my hotel. The first 3 days were terrible. It literally looks like I’ve been stung by hundreds of bees and I was constantly tired. After 3 days I felt better. The swelling doesn’t look so bad anymore and I was able to go out to see the city.
After a week. Abdul collected me again. Dr Gurhan removed the sutures and the cast. When he removed the cast, I felt like so emotional. I was still bloated but it looked so much better than my old nose and It actually suits my face. It does not look fake. Even my friends and family who were so against my decision said I look amazing. I also know I look amazing. Every time I look at myself in the mirror I get shocked at how beautiful I look now compared to before.
Thank you Dr Gurhan, Abdul, my anaesthesiologist and all the nurses in Istanbul aesthetic. Because of your amazing work I now feel good everyday. God bless all of you.

What a great experience!!!! They made everything so easy! I was nervous coming from the US but the whole experience and my doctor was amazing! I honestly can’t believe how easy they made everything from the moment I was picked up at airport:)

For a long time I couldn’t decide on this operation, but in the end everything went quickly and conveniently. The price included the hotel and transfer from the airport and back and transfer to the clinic and back. The hotel enters with one more person, I flew with a friend. Breakfast for 2 is included. Having a translator is a big plus, even though I practiced my English. The doctor and assistant are very nice. Everything went smoothly, and Istanbul was already explored. It’s a pity that I didn’t manage to lose weight 😅 I’m happy with my nose, the shape is as I wanted, although it’s still a little swollen, only a week has passed and I’m already at home and even working.

Really happy with my decision to book through Bookimed. I was given amazing service from the very beginning. The doctor coordinator I was given, Dr Sadeq, was so patient even after I decided at first not to go through with it because I was unsure what country I wanted to go through. But even after having to go through the whole process again with me they were quick in response answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and just made my experience very worth while. If you are unsure about getting Rhinoplasty honestly I would recommend going through bookimed for turkey. The Istanbul aesthetic clinic was amazing and so helpful, the coordinator Yasin was very good checked up on me and made sure everything I needed was given. If you have questions don’t be afraid to ask they are there to help. Everything from hotel to taxi services was sorted they really made the trip so easy honestly gave me so much time to focus on getting ready for the operation. I really recommend Dr Ergin Er he is brilliant at what he does and is a very easy going person he made me feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. I don’t really like operations, needles or hospitals in general but the surgery thank god went very successful, I had a deviated septum which was sorted out and a difficult nose to work with but he kept in mind what I wanted which was something super natural and just to fix the bump and he did that spot on. Very thankful for my experience as I know many people have negative ones but very grateful. Only thing I would suggest is just to make sure you use a translating app if you don’t know the language as some of the nurses don’t speak English so if that would make you nervous just get the translating app and they use that so it should be fine. I didn’t do this as I didn’t know about it till a couple days in to my stay at turkey which on my end is slightly my fault but at some points there was confusion with the nurses as they didn’t understand sometimes what I was saying so I would just recommend asking your coordinator if you need the help or using the app. I sometimes got too nervous to ask which was my own fault as they were very accommodating and I know it would’ve gotten sorted if I had asked them but I didn’t so I would just suggest others to not do the same as me. But overall very positive I recommend it over any procedures in Uk as over here in Turkey it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg they aren’t just trying to take your money they look after you give you overnight stay at hospital which the Uk doesn’t offer and you can ask for help any time of the day and can come and get checked if you have any concerns which in Uk isn’t as flexible. I haven’t got any photos at the moment as I still have the plaster cast on which is going to be taken off in 7 days but I’ve seen the results post opp from photo the surgeon took and I’m very happy. And just bare in mind the healing process is painful but it literally is only for the first 3 days once that is over you’ll feel so much happier and better. Even I hated the process at first but day 4 swelling had gone down and I realised it’s only temporary pain for a long term positive response.

Just want to express the company Bookimed for the recommendation of this clinic. In Liv Hospital, I did rhinoplasty. In general, initially considered rhinoplasty in Korea, but a kind of pricing, flight and accommodation would cost a round sum additionally, which postponed the implementation of my dream. After reading a lot of reviews on the Internet, I discovered that many are satisfied with rhinoplasty in Turkey. In general, Turkish clinics should in this plan conduct more work in self-promotion. Because the reviews are private, personal, and on the websites of the clinics themselves there is often even no information about it. So, here about my rhinoplasty: the professor Gursel Turgut operated. For me it was the first operation in my life, it was scary, but it was too late to back out))) But, all my fear was gone as soon as I came to the consultation in Liv Hospital: the hospital is difficult to name this place, the clinic is very modern, futuristic interior, all for the convenience of patients. As a healthcare professional from the uk, it can be difficult to trust a different healthcare service outside the uk. My reservatiobs were rest assured with quick responses to any questions that i had, to arranging video call with tge surgeon, right to the surgery itself and the aftercare. I could not fault the care that i received, all in line with similar proticols as we have in the nhs. Bloods, ecg, observations, pain relief, and wound and patiebt care were all exceptional. The nursing staff were very caring. Some language barrier at times but easily overcome. Google translate was also helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything went at the highest level. In the morning I passed all the necessary tests, Dr. Cem Altindeg held a consultation and we discussed all the details of the operation. I was in a single comfortable room. All necessary medications were provided. The staff is very attentive and tactful; I had a coordinator with me who helped translate into Russian and constantly supported and helped. Rehabilitation took place at the hotel. According to the results: a doctor from God and a professional in his field. He doesn't make carbon copies of noses, he relies on your facial features, taking into account your wishes. It was done as carefully and naturally as possible, only 10 days have passed, there is still swelling, but the result is already visible. My first contact with Estetik International was through Zumrud, who was so attentive with any questions I had. I was very nervous to travel abroad for surgery but her knowledge, compassion, guidance in surgeon & professionalism put me at ease. The pick-up from the airport was luxurious & hassle free, with communication and foolproof directions. The guest relations assistant Olivia was very professional. The pre-test before surgery was far more intensive than I had prepared for, at first I was very overwhelmed but on reflection (and no unexpected bad news), the in-depth testing was medically competent and in line with the extensive care Estetik International provided me. In my consultation with Dr Selçuk Aytaç I found him knowledgeable, direct and professional. My treatment plan changed to include a 360 lift instead of a simple tummy tuck, this was my biggest fear due to scarring and healing time. 11 day’s post op today I saw my scars and honestly I have worse stretch marks, his work is so proficient and tidy. I traveled alone so my biggest fear was aftercare. The nursing staff are so unbelievably kind, reassuring, professional and friendly. The experience would have been very empty without them. In emotional moments they really cheer you up, in vulnerable moments they put you at ease all while delivering top notch attentive care. I’m too early in my treatment plan to say I love all my results but I’m excited to heal and will return. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estetik International, Bookimed and medical travel. From my personal experience in the treatment I have received here, compared to my experience in my home country, the quality of service and detail of care is far superior than anything I expected.

Let me start with the fact that I didn’t like it. The doctor spent very little time. And they even promised three-D modeling. When I asked about this, they just laughed in response. I also didn’t like the nurses. One took my blood with great difficulty and, most importantly, without gloves. It’s the same story with the catheter. The second one left me with four stitches in my nose, which I had to remove at home myself. I really liked the accompanying interpreter Elvina. But the result was good. A year has already passed. Thank God I don’t regret it and I’m even glad that I was able to do it.

I am very satisfied with my first experience of appearance transformation because I encountered a highly qualified and professional approach.
I had a complex surgery (hair transplant, otoplasty, rhinoplasty). I was prepared for a long and agonizing rehabilitation.
But... not at all! Everything was organized and executed at a very high level. No pain, but a perfect result.
The doctors are open to your comments. After the otoplasty I did not like my left ear and I told my doctor about it. He made corrections immediately.

Everything is alright. Upon arrival at the airport we were met by a transfer, brought to the hotel. The next day, they had already been tested and had surgery. The first night was incomprehensible (after anesthesia), but we overcame it. And then the recovery process began before the removal of the cast, there was everything: the blood from the nose, and the head, and the whole body hurt, there was enough. Great hotel, breakfast is delicious, everything was fine. Elvina’s girlfriend helped us, she’s just fine, she completely helped in everything, told, drove, and looked after us! Even on the 3rd day after the operation, she washed my head because the best was not real.

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly.
I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

Good day! I want to leave my review about the Dr. clinic. Med. Choosing a surgeon to perform rhinoseptoplasty was important for me since my face and health are at stake! In addition, I have a tendency to be allergic to antibiotics and not every doctor/anesthesiologist will agree to perform such an operation. I started looking for agencies that would help with the selection of a clinic and a surgeon, and my choice fell in favor of Bookimed, there was another agency, but in the end, as you understand, I chose Bookimed. Let's start with the fact that bookimed staff offered several doctors and clinics for rhinoseptoplasty, I spent a long time choosing and searching for information on the Internet about the clinic and doctor. I chose Dr. Med because the doctor who was offered to me was simply amazing, and the results of the operation were amazing! Immediately upon arrival in Istanbul, a transfer was waiting for me, which took me to the hotel. The next day, Medical Coordinator Narmina arrived and helped me in all matters! Arriving at the clinic for a consultation, they immediately photographed me and made a 3-D modeling of my future nose, we discussed everything with the doctor and I signed a contract for the operation! The operation was performed on September 4, 2023. Operation was successfully completed! I had to go to turkey alone so I was very anxious but Abdul coordinated everything so well I just needed to bring myself to Turkey and he sorted everything out for me. Even when I had problems with my airline he kindly rescheduled my appointment at the very last minute and for that I am grateful beyond words. When I got to turkey I had my transport waiting for me. At this point I was still worried, scenarios like me getting kidnapped or murdered kept on appearing in my mind but he drove me straight to my hotel and the driver was very courteous.
Next day, Abdul picked me up from my hotel and kindly brought me to the hospital where I did the payments and blood tests. The anaesthesiologist then came to ask me all the questions needed before my surgery, he was also very kind and had many many years of experience. When he left Abdul said that he was actually the owner of the place and I felt more relieved after hearing that because I felt sure that he wouldn’t let anything bad happen to me. But even if Abdul did not say that he already gave me such a good impression on our first meeting.
Then, the most awaited moment of my life came. I finally met my surgeon, Dr Gurhan. He was amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He asked me what I did not like about my nose. I had a bulbous nose and a flat wide tip. There was no definition to my nose but my bridge was alright I had no bumps and I liked the height. So I asked him what he thought I should change and he suggested that have an alar reduction a lateral cartilage removal on my tip to give it more definition and to raise my tip a little so it’s not as droopy. He also agreed that my bridge is fine so we decided not to touch it. When he finished speaking I knewI could trust him because he pointed out everything I thought was wrong about my nose which other people thought wasn’t really a problem. I even had a consultation before in my country and the lady said I had no problem and asked me to just leave it alone. To have someone see what you see is an amazing feeling. I also loved the fact that he just did what I wanted, he did not try to suggest me getting more things done such as maybe reducing my bridge. I said I wanted natural and I want it to suit my face and he gave me exactly that. I am so thankful to Dr Gurhan. He has miracle hands. I have had this insecurity for 9 yrs. I always dreamed of getting my nose done but I always held myself back because of the fear that I might make it worse than before. When Abdul sent me his profile I was very impressed as he has 35 yrs of experience and many achievements. The only problem was that there are very few reviews about him so I was a little skeptical. I decided to look at other doctors who have more reviews and even spoke to them but for some reason my gut feeling kept on telling me that I should go with Dr Gurhan. It is the best decision ever.
After speaking to him, the nurses came after an hour and while waiting Abdul kept me company throughout which in turn made me feel relaxed as I did not have to think about my operation. So I got on the operating bed and the last thing I remembered was as being wheeled to the operating room. When I woke up I was already in the recovery room. I vaguely remember dr Gurhan telling me, you look beautiful. I could not respond because of drowsiness but in my head I was like YESSS!!
I stayed at Istanbul aesthetic for a night. The nurses took care of me so well. I had a whole room to myself and they would come to check up on me. Honestly, when I was there I only felt terrible when I needed to vomit but after letting it out I felt better and I was able to eat. Next day, dr Gurhan came and checked up on me he said my incisions look good and I should come after 7 days to get them removed. Abdul came in with a bunch of medication and dr Gurhan instructed me on how to take it.
I went back to my hotel. The first 3 days were terrible. It literally looks like I’ve been stung by hundreds of bees and I was constantly tired. After 3 days I felt better. The swelling doesn’t look so bad anymore and I was able to go out to see the city.
After a week. Abdul collected me again. Dr Gurhan removed the sutures and the cast. When he removed the cast, I felt like so emotional. I was still bloated but it looked so much better than my old nose and It actually suits my face. It does not look fake. Even my friends and family who were so against my decision said I look amazing. I also know I look amazing. Every time I look at myself in the mirror I get shocked at how beautiful I look now compared to before.

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. My experience with Db'est Clinic was fantastic, Dr. Derya Bingöl and her team were very friendly and made the consultation feel exciting, giving me their opinions and suggestions whilst keeping it professional.
They took care of everything; the transportation from and to the airport, booking a spacious hotel suite right in front of the hospital where they operate, helping me with the pre-surgery examination and translating when needed.
The hospital room also had a bed for my partner, and meals were provided for the both of us. The nurses were very caring and attentive, however I'm grateful I had my partner with me, as the first few days of recovering from surgery are no joke and I needed assistence for everything (I also wanted to stay an extra night as I didn't feel ready to leave after one day).
Dr. Derya came both days I was in the hospital to visit me, and answer any question I had along with her nurse Pinar who was very patient and caring towards me. They also provided me the medication I needed for the week when I was discharged from the hospital.
During my stay in the hotel (where the staff is used to have recovering patients and know how to be discreet) Derya's team was in contact with me daily to make sure everything was ok.
On my last day I was given further instruction on how to proceed from there at home, and given a letter to show at the airport for medical clearance to fly.
In conclusion I can truly say I had a great experience, everything was curated in detail and I'm happy with my results.
PS: if I can give my personal advice to anybody wanting to have a procedure done, is to be realistic when it comes to seeing the final results. I'm currently 2 weeks post surgery and even though I feel good; I'm still recovering and still waiting to fully heal as these kind of procedures take a few months to settle in.

The staff at the hospital where I was operated on was terrible, they didn’t even give me water on the day after the operation, the next day the translator told me that water was paid, that’s why they didn’t give me water, it’s terrible, the consultation with the doctor lasted a total of 5 minutes and 5 minutes before the operation. After the operation, I was left alone in the hospital, there was no support from the hospital staff, after the anesthesia, the translator asked me 15 times if I wanted to go to the hotel, but I could barely lift my head from the pillow, in the morning I was somehow able to get up, I was very dizzy, I was in a terrible state for 3 days, no one asked about my well-being, 2 weeks had passed since the day of the operation, after leaving home, the doctor was no longer interested in how my nose was, whether I was okay. I don’t like the result so far, the doctor only removed the hump, but the nose remained just as big, I’ll see after some time, maybe it will shrink, which I doubt. I would like to write a lot that the clinic is BEAUTIFUL, the doctors are POLITE, the nurses are CAREFUL, but many have already written about this here, so I will write about the PROFESSIONALISM of the doctors of this clinic. I do not write right away, but after 3 weeks, in order to objectively assess the result. I really like the result, although it takes a long time to recover to the ideal, but the doctor (Yavuz Ouzgular) literally blinded me, like a sculptor, a new nose. My case was very difficult and I say THANK YOU for helping me, for not being refused, for doing everything possible and impossible. My operation lasted 5 hours, although such operations are done in 2-3 hours. They made it so that I practically did not even have edema and bruises !!! The nose is smooth and beautiful !!! These are real professionals in their field !! Many thanks to coordinator Ekaterina and translator Almira, wonderful girls. And thanks to the nurses for their kindness and care. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter
I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly.
I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came.
In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Explaining it to me on my fingers.

I could not fault the care that I received, all in line with similar protocols as we have in the NHS
As a healthcare professional from the uk, it can be difficult to trust a different healthcare service outside the uk. My reservatiobs were rest assured with quick responses to any questions that i had, to arranging video call with tge surgeon, right to the surgery itself and the aftercare. I could not fault the care that i received, all in line with similar proticols as we have in the nhs. Bloods, ecg, observations, pain relief, and wound and patiebt care were all exceptional. The nursing staff were very caring. Some language barrier at times but easily overcome. Google translate was also helpful. Highly recommend.

I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

I got so to say in good hands of a wonderful specialist
Initially there were doubts. But everything went very well. I was met at the airport, then taken to the hotel (I wanted to note that the transport was at the highest level, very comfortable and comfortable). The hotel room was not disappointing either, even better than I expected.
The next day the operation took place (brought to the clinic, taken back). I would like to note that I am very grateful for the availability of an interpreter ( the girl is very nice, friendly, very helpful 🙏 ).
The operation was successful (I had rhinoplasty), I am also very satisfied with the result. I got so to say in good hands of a wonderful specialist

I'm happy with my nose, the shape is as I wanted, although it's still a little swollen
For a long time I couldn’t decide on this operation, but in the end everything went quickly and conveniently. The price included the hotel and transfer from the airport and back and transfer to the clinic and back. The hotel enters with one more person, I flew with a friend. Breakfast for 2 is included. Having a translator is a big plus, even though I practiced my English. The doctor and assistant are very nice. Everything went smoothly, and Istanbul was already explored. It’s a pity that I didn’t manage to lose weight 😅 I’m happy with my nose, the shape is as I wanted, although it’s still a little swollen, only a week has passed and I’m already at home and even working.

I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon
I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

I will start by thanking Stanislav, the coordinating doctor of Bookimed, with whom I contacted at the beginning and who suggested that I do rhinoplasty at the Clinic of Nose Aesthetics with Dr. Cem Altindag. I liked the professional qualities of the coordinator - I found out the answers to my questions, agreed on everything in advance and flew to Istanbul without fear. Dr. Mohammed treats patients wonderfully. He was always ready to help in solving any problems and questions. Thanks to this, the stay in Istanbul turned out to be joyful and comfortable. The surgeon himself, Cem Altindag, is a very experienced doctor. He simultaneously listens to the wishes of the patients and finds the best solution, taking into account the realism of the wishes and the well-being of the patient. He is a very honest person and cares about doing his job well. The final result can be seen only after a while, but the operation itself went well and the initial result was very pleasing: everything is as expected, and most importantly, it looks natural. Special thanks to the staff: it was easy to trust them and they showed genuine concern. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant to be in. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone! In conclusion I can truly say I had a great experience, everything was curated in detail and I'm happy with my results
My experience with Db'est Clinic was fantastic, Dr. Derya Bingöl and her team were very friendly and made the consultation feel exciting, giving me their opinions and suggestions whilst keeping it professional.
They took care of everything; the transportation from and to the airport, booking a spacious hotel suite right in front of the hospital where they operate, helping me with the pre-surgery examination and translating when needed.
The hospital room also had a bed for my partner, and meals were provided for the both of us. The nurses were very caring and attentive, however I'm grateful I had my partner with me, as the first few days of recovering from surgery are no joke and I needed assistence for everything (I also wanted to stay an extra night as I didn't feel ready to leave after one day).
Dr. Derya came both days I was in the hospital to visit me, and answer any question I had along with her nurse Pinar who was very patient and caring towards me. They also provided me the medication I needed for the week when I was discharged from the hospital.
During my stay in the hotel (where the staff is used to have recovering patients and know how to be discreet) Derya's team was in contact with me daily to make sure everything was ok.
On my last day I was given further instruction on how to proceed from there at home, and given a letter to show at the airport for medical clearance to fly.
In conclusion I can truly say I had a great experience, everything was curated in detail and I'm happy with my results.
PS: if I can give my personal advice to anybody wanting to have a procedure done, is to be realistic when it comes to seeing the final results. I'm currently 2 weeks post surgery and even though I feel good; I'm still recovering and still waiting to fully heal as these kind of procedures take a few months to settle in.

Worth every bit of the experience!!
Everything was absolutely perfect, very well coordinated and organized. It was a little daunting to be traveling to a country I'd never been before as a single female, but Bookimed took care of all the details and arranged everything into such a seamless and easy process. I really thought there'd be some kind of catch what with everything that came included in my quote, but it was exactly as advertised....no hidden fees or surprise costs for anything. I was booked into a high quality hotel with complementary breakfasts in a very safe area of town, I had free transportation to and from the airport, surgery and follow-up appointment that was always on time, complementary gifts from the surgeon and his assistant, the hospital staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and most importantly, I am amazed at the surgical results. The choice of the clinic was intuitive and the information about the attending physician reinforced the feeling that I had made the right choice. The organisation, the pleasant interpreter, the smooth work and the process in general - everything as I like it. Everything brilliant is simple. A personal meeting with the doctor on the eve of the operation delighted me and calmed my worries, as I was promptly given my personal view of the problem. Rehabilitation is difficult, which is due to the peculiarities of my body (Dr Jem said after the operation that my teeth would hurt), but very fast, 4-5 days without bruises and swelling. I am very happy that I decided to do what I have been dreaming of for a long time. I look at myself in the mirror - here it is, the real me) Thank you very much for everything!
