I have never seen dental services of this level and service in Germany

The staff are polite, attentive. They try to make the right decision about your treatment. I would have preferred more explanation of the treatment situation. Why the decision or treatment tactics have changed. It should be justified. To discuss the next steps of treatment. After all, travelling from far away is planning additional free days and money for the patient.

It was uncomfortable when during teeth grinding, a cold stream of water flows behind the scruff of the neck. My back was wet and it was not very pleasant to go outside in wet clothes afterwards.

I was there for a first intervention, they emptied my lower jaw to place six implants and made me a provisional prosthesis of 10/10 quality. I recently returned from my second trip to WestDent Clinic in Izmir, Turkey. In September 2025 I had full mouth extractions, 12 Zirconia implants placed (6 upper jaw, 6 lower jaw), gums stitched over the implants to help Osseointegration of the implants.
I returned in January 2026 for the final stage treatment and the installation of 24 Zirconium crowns. This involved the implants being revealed. The healing caps of the implants being removed and temporary abutments fitted so impressions could be taken of my gums, upper and lower jaws. This is so the implants will fit perfectly when my new teeth had been designed with the aid of C.A.D.
The abutments were then removed and healing caps replaced onto the implants.
Next day my permanent abutments were installed and I was given some temporary teeth which placed onto my abutments, and could be removed. They were made of a foul tasting material called PMMA. But it gave a good idea of the final results, even though they were a greyish colour.
The final day my permanent teeth were checked rigourously for bite adjustment, gaps, spacing, alignment etc, before being placed permanently.
My second visit was a five day stay, and involved visiting the Clinic each day, and a couple of longer days towards the end.
But I am extremely pleased with the final results and have had so many great reactions and comments about my new teeth, especially how natural and real they look.
But I have to say big Thanks to my medical coordinator at Bookimed, Dr Kora. By booking my trip to WestDent Clinic in Izmir through Bookimed, it completely removed the added stress of having to organise all of the logistics of the trip on my own. Dr Kora was extremely helpful and efficient in helping to organise and arrange everything with the Clinic on my behalf. Also answering any questions or concerns I may have had at any point, over the two trips. For which I am extremely grateful!

My main concern was post-operative discomfort, and that’s partly how it turned out: the hardest part wasn’t the pain, but having to breathe through my mouth all the time whilst sleeping. It wasn’t easy. However, it’s only a temporary difficulty. I had open rhinoplasty, and at this stage of recovery, my nasal breathing is already back to how it was before. There is, of course, still some moderate swelling at the tip of my nose, but that is completely normal. The surgeon and the clinic staff worked very smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the clinic can be considered a good option.

My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! I want to share my excitement about visiting the Spanderashvili Clinic in Tbilisi. What Dr. Giorgi Spanderashvili accomplished is true professionalism, bordering on art!
I had 8 implants placed, and the entire procedure took just over an hour. Such incredible speed! While working, the doctor even hummed—a reflection of his confidence and calm, which immediately alleviates patient stress.
The primary advantage of such efficient work is that the wounds did not remain open for long, minimizing the risk of bacterial exposure. The result speaks for itself: after such a significant procedure, I had absolutely no swelling! None of the "chipmunk cheeks" I feared.

Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! They also organized transportation from my hotel to the clinic and were extremely supportive and helpful very down to earth people! Thank you

Everything is very good. From meeting at the airport to parting at the same airport. The clinic and staff are very friendly and competent in their field. The organization of the transfer from the hotel to the clinic is also very well established (no need to wait for a bunch of people) finished and you were taken. My doctor was very meticulous and did his job painlessly. I communicated with the doctor through the translator Dinara, who was 24/7 for me. I really liked it, I advise. What struck me most was just how accurately the dentist matched the colour – the new zirconia crowns don’t stand out at all against my natural teeth. I had more than seven crowns fitted in a single session, so the scale of the work was truly impressive. It’s only been 15 days. The colour was matched perfectly. I’m still in the process of getting used to them, and the sensations are quite unusual. Even though it’s been two weeks, I’m still getting used to the new bite when chewing and I notice that food sometimes gets stuck between my teeth. It’s a bit of a nuisance, although the clinic staff assure me that this is normal during the early recovery period. Otherwise, the surgeon’s work and the staff’s attitude deserve the highest praise. The main thing is to be patient at first.

My biggest fear before the operation was adjusting to my new life, especially when it came to eating. But the support from the surgeon and the whole team was incredible. The operation was performed laparoscopically, and a significant portion of my stomach was removed—around 75–80%. Of course, recovery is a process. At the moment, I can only eat 2–3 spoonfuls at a time, and the main difficulty is that food can get stuck, so I have to get used to eating differently. Despite this, my energy levels have already improved slightly. I’ve realised the most important thing: forget your old eating habits! This is a new life in a new body, where you become a culinary connoisseur rather than a mere consumer of food.

My biggest worry was how the final result would look, and whether it would be worth the recovery. Even though I’m still quite puffy around my jawline, the lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement. That part is a huge relief. The staff and clinic environment were excellent from start to finish. Turning my head feels slightly tight but okay. The surgeon did good work, though I rated them a 4/5 as I felt some communication could have been a bit more compassionate after surgery.The most challenging part has absolutely been sleeping elevated.
