From the beginning the process was adapted to my needs: flight dates and availability.
In only 2 weeks everything was already organised and programmed. The fact that they gave me the planning by days helped a lot, apart from the personalised assistance I received from the coordinator and the dietician. They were able to answer my questions and doubts very quickly and accurately.
They did everything in such a way that it didn't seem complicated at all.
One day I had all the necessary tests, the next day I was operated on, another 3 days in hospital and that was it.
The day of the surgery was a bit tough but the other 3 days were very bearable, with enough painkillers and plenty of saline solution.
The day before the surgery, in the personal interview with the doctor, they gave me as much information as possible and cleared up any doubts, so I already knew beforehand what the process would be.
The hospital staff helped a lot to make my experience a pleasant and positive one.
I don't know if it could have been improved in any way, so I rate this experience a 10 out of 10.

Honest review!!! Had a gastrochecap! I was satisfied with the procedure! Fast, competent, everything was clear and accessible! The price is average (in Germany, for example, the same procedure is three times more expensive 🤷♂️)! The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes under sedation! Results and recommendations were immediately within 5 minutes after the procedure! During the procedure (endoscopy and colonoscopy) I did not feel the slightest discomfort! I can confidently recommend this clinic! Personally, I was satisfied 👍

The staff at the hospital were all attentive to my needs and offered excellent service. Even though sometimes there was a communication barrier, they all provided me with the best treatment possible tending to all my needs. They were empathetic and sympathetic. I would recommend this hospital for any procedure you might need. The comfort level and cleanliness of the rooms was great. The fact that a family member could stay with you while you recover was indeed a nice touch as you need a familiar face during this time.
Overall, my experience was superb and I would recommend hospital and doctor with his support staff. Service provided was 1000/10.

I found the surgical staff and nurses in operating theatre to be extremely understanding and helpful. I was happy with the surgical procedure but would have liked a little more post-op feedback from the surgeon. Overall, though I was more than satisfied.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the treatment which I received from the nursing staff, especially at night, although I subsequently found out that they are very short staffed while not having at least one English speaking nurse on duty day or night.

I was operated on by a talented surgeon Ursula Scholz, who performed the operation with jewellery and professionalism. Conditions in the clinic are quite good, the ward has everything you need, the medical staff is very polite, nurses many times after the operation came into the room and asked if I need anything and everything is fine. Special thanks to the International Department of the clinic and my interpreter Lydia, who accompanied me at all stages of preparation for the operation. I would like to note that all questions concerning payment for medical services were discussed in advance and fully corresponded to the initially agreed amount, with the issuance of relevant documents and cheques. Nobody demanded any preliminary money transfers from me before the initial visit to the clinic. The payment was made in the clinic itself. I really like the doctor's approach, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He was willing to hear my questions and explained the whole procedure and post operation requirements. What I liked most was the medical expertise, honesty, transparency, and friendliness of Dr. Mehmet Melih Cicek. I came into the consultation with a relatively clear idea about my nose, and Dr. Cicek took a lot of time to examine my nose in advance to see what was possible with my nasal structure and what was not. He then directly and realistically informed me about what he could change about my nose and what (probably) could not be changed. It was a purely aesthetic surgery, and he placed great importance on the functionality of my nose, not just its appearance, which speaks highly of him as a doctor. It has been two weeks since my surgery, and I am already more than happy with the result! I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Cicek!
The German-speaking translator Songül was also very nice and helpful and always available. She accompanied me to all appointments with Dr. Cicek, which was a great help and took care of everything. The hospital stay was very good, the room was very large, clean, and modern. The nurses were nice and took good care of me after the surgery. The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and back, as well as from the hotel to the hospital, was also very good. My medical coordinator Yeva from Bookimed, with whom I was in contact from the beginning via WhatsApp, was very friendly and helpful and guided me well through the entire process. Additionally, he is always available, and I receive quick responses from him even after the surgery.
