From start to finish the whole experience went smoothly. Communication between staff and Dr was exceptional and by having a translator present helped greatly. Understood what and when was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. Clean, Caring, Smooth transitions, patient led and patient at the front of every decision, even being home I can contact the clinic and get a timely response. The Dr was open and honest, had a great sense of humor and has given me some neat scars. The staff were fabulous , they listened and talked you through as much or as little as you wanted

I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and supportive throughout my facial surgery journey. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent care before and after my procedure. The clinic was clean, well organized, and the follow-up during my recovery has been outstanding. Dr. Murat Yaman was absolutely fantastic and definitely lives up to his 5-star rating. From the moment I met him through to my final checks, he was extremely thorough, professional and reassuring. What I particularly appreciated was how honest he was throughout the process and how he always gave me realistic expectations rather than making unrealistic promises. I am extremely happy with the results, this has totally changed my life - this man has magic hands! The nurses were also amazing. From the moment I arrived, they were constantly checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were incredibly kind, attentive and professional throughout my stay. The level of care was honestly miles apart from what I’ve experienced back home in the UK. The hospital itself was immaculate. At times, it genuinely felt more like I was staying in a hotel than a hospital. My room was lovely, spotlessly clean and private, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and relaxing. My coordinator and translator was also brilliant and made the entire process completely flawless from start to finish. From the private transfers and arrival to my initial meeting with the surgeon to go through the surgery, everything was organised so smoothly. Having someone there to guide me, translate everything clearly and make sure I understood what was happening made such a difference. I genuinely felt like I was in very safe hands throughout the whole experience, and I can’t thank him enough. Overall, I couldn’t fault the care I received.
