I am very happy that I had the opportunity to have surgery at this clinic and I do not regret anything

I had a very pleasant experience. The nurses were very caring and nice to me, they always asked me how I was feeling. The doctor did an excellent job, I liked the way he communicated with me and the attention he had. The surgery was very successful, the result is very good, I am very happy that I had the opportunity to have surgery at this clinic and I do not regret anything. I highly recommend this clinic because everyone is very nice and professional

I felt like we had VIP treatment

My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork. Thanks to all the team but, especially to Ishmeal, Senna and Doctor Ozturk.

Always being told what was happening. Interpretor always on hand.

Overall the experience and the outcome were really satisfying

Everything was well adjusted, the relation cost-quality is amazing. The hospital is in very good condition, hospital rooms are well equipped, the technologies are modern, the nurses are very friendly and the staff overall as well. There was only one minor inconvenience related to logistics, but overall the experience and the outcome were really satisfying

I really liked the friendliness of all the people involved in the process, the accommodations in and out of the hospital, support service and the professionalism

Only a minor misunderstanding in logistics, but it was manageable
