I had a mesotherapy treatment at the clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The procedure was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. My skin already looks fresher and more radiant. Altos Clinic is a unprofessional place, no qualified doctors. Create marks, scars and stains on the body so the person would go back and fourth to the clinic to get it fixed for the clients money. The Clinic should get checked immediately. Today i had a appointment with Guliza - she is not a doctor and doesn’t have a qualification because she is scamming people for procedure that the clients buys again and again which have a negative impact on the person. She must be sent to the jail complex, she does anything to make a person look bad with looks. From my experience i came for lazer therapy and she made it worse, instead of making the spots white she made them darker. DO NOT GO TO GULIZA SHE WILL JUST MAKE YOU UGLIER AND WORSE, YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MULTIPLE PROCEDURES THAT SHE MAKES UP WHICH HAVE A AFTER EFFECT OF YOU HAVING HEALTH PROBLEMS.

I had a nagative experience with this clinic. During the consultation, the doctor assured me that the procedure was 100% safe, with no side effects, and promised a recovery time of just 1-2 weeks. However, after the treatment, I developed a dent scar on my skin. When I raised my concerns, they dismissed it as a "normal healing process" and told me to wait a few more months. Who would undergo laser treatment if it takes months to heal? To make matters worse, they later showed me a pre-signed contract that mentioned the possibility of side effects, contradicting their initial assurances. Upon consulting another clinic, I was informed that the damage was caused by an excessively high energy setting during the procedure, leading to deep skin damage. As a result, I had to undergo skin regeneration treatment elsewhere to repair the harm caused.

I've been to the clinic 2 times now to get skin issues removed, the doctor was very professional. One of the removals didn't end up that well (but probably not the doctor's fault to be honest, it's like a deeper issue) and I received a full refund. I went again today and I just think the doctor who treated me was very kind and explained everything very clearly and in detail. I would recommend this place for sure.
