My mother was in ward 3a until yesterday. We were completely satisfied and my mother felt very well looked after. The ward doctor tried very hard and no examinations were missed. The nursing staff responded to all requests and provided excellent care, which is absolutely not a given these days. Thanks!

Such nice staff :-) I was an inpatient at Bethanien for a week for desensitization against wasp venom. On the ward and in the other departments I had to go through, everyone was always helpful and super friendly. Everyone was always attentive, was willing to listen, and always had time. And that was the case even though the hospital was very busy. If I can choose, I'll definitely go back there for my next hospital stay. Many thanks to everyone!

Absolutely horrible! I would not give even 1 star. Went there for RT-PCR test and they were so harsh. The person who did the test was so rude and rough with me that my nose started bleeding after the test! They don’t even have the basic training to treat patients gently and with kindness. Would never go there until I absolutely have to.
