This clinic might be a good option for Ukrainian patients, but I would never recommend it for foreign or English-speaking patients under any circumstances. No one in this clinic speaks English, and no one is even willing to help. Since my doctor works at this clinic, I was forced to go there several days in a row, and each time, my experience was worse than the time before. The staff’s behavior is shameful, and I believe that even in the worst government hospitals, you wouldn’t encounter such behavior.

I would highly recommend Mediland to anyone requiring medical care. The staff are extremely helpful and are very supportive. I am a senior nurse in the UK and I will only use Mediland for any medical needs in Kyiv, superb service. Thank you to Katerina, always very helpful.

For the second time in my life, I turn to the doctor on duty at this center, after 10 p.m. I have no questions for the doctors on duty, thank you very much for your help. But I have a question for the staff who greets me. When I call in advance, they tell me "Come, we're waiting", I expect that they will wait for me. In fact, the door is closed, after ringing the doorbell, 5 minutes later I am met by a disgruntled security guard with the phrase "What's the matter?". When you explain that you called, he gets it and says the phrase "Oh, to the doctor, okay, come in"... I have a question, what other options are there for my arrival at the medical center? The corridors are dark, a nurse and someone else are lying on the couches in the corridor. Without getting up from the couch, they shout across the corridor "Who are you seeing?". No one got up, did not take me to the doctor. No one turned on the light so that they would not get killed. The service is "at its best". I wonder if, with a reception cost of almost 100 bucks, you can't at least write into your scripts how to greet a client in a non-rude manner? Or remove night reception from your services if it's so annoying to people sleeping in the hallway.
