I visited this hospital for my father’s check-up. I specifically selected a doctor and waited for one week to get an appointment with that doctor. On the day of the appointment, when I arrived at the hospital, they took me to a different doctor without informing me. I had even canceled the eye department appointment just to meet the doctor I originally chose.
In addition, I waited for about one hour at the check-up center to solve this problem, but unfortunately, there was no one there to assist me. I was very disappointed with the way the hospital handled the situation. I hope they improve their scheduling, communication, and patient support in the future.

I stayed here at the Biruni Hospital for 6 nights and honestly it was better than I could’ve imagined. Very clean new building, stylish and modern. Staff are absolutely amazing, very professional and friendly, always checking in and asking if I need anything. Lots of translators so communication is no problem. My surgeon for my procedure was Dr Koray, he is amazing, his work is so neat and he is so caring and supportive he made all my worries disappear I can’t shout his praises enough. Overall I would 100% recommend.

HERNIATED DISC - SPINE SURGERY - UK PATIENT
I’ll be honest, I’m never one for leaving reviews but the experience here has been amazing that it’s deserved and hoping this message might be helpful to others.
I’m from the uk and the cost for my procedure back home was way too expensive for me that I needed to look elsewhere and found Biruni University Hospital.
I was contacted by Rose, who has helped me from the start to finish. She’s been my guide and if it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I’d be right now.
Her supervisor “Furkan” to the doctor who operated the spine surgery on me “Dr Melih Ucer” everyone made me feel relaxed and at ease.
The hospital looks amazing inside and out, it’s very clean with staff always smiling and helpful.
If anyone reading this who has a herniated disc and is in so much pain. Here is the place to be and if you’re unsure then messaged and ask for Rose.
Like I said, she’s been so helpful from the start to finish and if it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I’d be right now and that’s the truth.

I had a 360fdl and extended arm lift here and could not rate this high enough. 5 stars just isn’t enough to rate the service. Me and my companion were treated with kindness and respect. The nurses and doctors and surgeons were brilliant and the translators who were on hand 24/7 were so helpful and were able to assist us with everything we needed! We will be back later in the year for a further surgery and we are very much looking forward to returning to this hospital.

This is one of my favorite hospitals. It has many excellent doctors, especially Prof. Dr. Cüneyt—he is one of the best and kindest doctors I’ve met. Some of the staff are also very polite, except for one person. I have visited this hospital many times for my family’s check-ups, and I am very satisfied with the service. I also want to express my appreciation for the English translator named Ayan. She was very polite, kind, and talent
