The team includes experienced neurologists, cardiologists, and general physicians, supported by skilled nurses and assistants. Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations—including ultrasound, ECG, EchoCG, Doppler studies, spirography, and densitometry—are conducted before treatment, followed by careful post-treatment monitoring to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Laboratory department

The laboratory complex features a GMP-compliant Biotechnological Laboratory where fetal stem cell preparations are created using proprietary techniques. These preparations serve as the foundation of EmCell’s therapeutic programs. The department rigorously tests all materials throughout each stage, from donor screening to final release, to meet strict quality standards.

The PCR Laboratory performs real-time polymerase chain reaction testing to detect viral and bacterial pathogens such as HIV, HCV, HBV, CMV, HPV, and COVID-19, ensuring the safety of stem cell materials. EmCell also operates an ISO 15189-accredited Clinical-Diagnostic Laboratory offering a wide range of tests, including immunophenotyping, biochemical analysis, cytology, and hormone profiling.

The clinic maintains a cryobank housing over 20,000 live fetal stem cell samples preserved through advanced cryopreservation methods. This resource enables personalized treatment approaches and supports consistent clinical outcomes.

Patient care & services

The clinic provides comprehensive patient support throughout the treatment journey. Each treatment package includes pick-up services from train or bus stations in Kyiv, daily transfers between the hotel and clinic, and interpreter support to facilitate clear communication with the medical team. Patients also undergo a series of examinations, such as abdominal and thyroid ultrasounds, ECG, and laboratory tests.

Following treatment, EmCell maintains long-term communication with each patient. A dedicated follow-up manager and the treating physician remain available to answer questions, provide additional recommendations, and track post-treatment progress.
