15 minute tag removal turned into 3 hour pure torture waiting time. My appointment was scheduled at 4:30 I was taken to the first room where they applied the local anesthesia and after a long little bit more than hour the doctor assistant had to do the removal in a rush because the doctor had an emergency and the anesthesia was running out. Tags were burned then after another hour after being told the doctor will check the work done by his assistant I was ignored for another hour. Doctor never showed up. Finally I was taken to the room where I was supposed to get dress then I was released. Not happy at all. I do not recommend this place. Lack of professionalism.

i visited the clinic for a consultation and the doctor agreed to a certain procedure. we agreed i would schedule another appointment. when i wanted to do so the doctor didnt want to abide to the agreed procedure anymore. dont go there, theres better places in puebla than this place.

I thought I had signed up to go for an evaluation of my face, including all the options that this place would offer me and their costs, which was the information I read on the internet and that this consultation was free of charge. After I arrived and they started the consultation I realized that the consultation was not with a doctor (that costs $600 pesos) it was with some assistant, who could only recommend injections of Botox or fillers and other treatments such as radio frequency and laser. I was expecting to see a doctor who could tell me ALL the options and what they recommended including surgery. This did not happen. The main doctor or possible owner of the clinic pulled up in her $150,000 Mercedes walked by everybody and muttered a barely audible good morning and ran up to her office, so all I could see from that point on were dollar signs.. money money money.... The waiting room looked like someone had vomited several times all over the walls and the furniture was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in ANY waiting room in my entire life. If the plastic surgeon Mercedes-driving Doctor did the decorations I wouldn't be letting her anywhere near my face..... God only knows how it would turn out if that's really her taste and what she calls aesthetically pleasing. A very disappointed experience.... I will never go back and cannot recommend them for anything... I'm just happy I didn't go forward with any of their treatments that I'm sure were all about money and not about pleasing the patient.... Don't go unless you want an experience that will probably not meet your expectations!

Do not do your rhinoplasty or chin implant here ! I did my nose and chin a couple months back and hate it! He does not give you the results he promises you and lies. My chin implant is crooked and I can feel it. You’re not supposed to be able to feel it. My nose had a bump and all he did was remove it he didn’t even bother fixing my tip or nostrils which we spoke about during the consultation. When I asked him if he had made my nostrils smaller he said yes and that I was swollen he completely lied. I payed 80000 pesos to look worse. He rushes his work
