Procedure Details

The penis enlargement combines two approaches. First is ligamentotomy surgery that cuts ligaments for length. Second is injectable enhancement using polylactic acid for shaft volume and hyaluronic acid for glans. The procedure takes up to 3 hours under general anesthesia.
