My Experience at Dr. Med’ Clinic
The team was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Yunus, all the clinic staff, and especially Dr. Yunus and Akylay. Everything was organized professionally, with care and efficiency.
I underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the results and the service.
My only suggestion would be this: for such major plastic surgeries, the patient should ideally stay at the clinic for at least 3 days under medical supervision. This is essential for proper recovery and peace of mind.
Also, I would prefer that Dr. Yunus personally performs the bondage changes, as he does them best — and it noticeably speeds up the healing process.
Aside from that, everything was top-notch: the team is responsive, caring, and highly professional. Thank you all for your care and excellent work!
I really appreciated the staff’s efficiency — their ability to respond quickly to my needs, react promptly to my messages, and show genuine care, empathy, and commitment to my smooth recovery and overall experience.
What I didn’t like was that the consultation took place on the same day we arrived. It was exhausting, as we were sleep-deprived, tired, and unable to fully process the information the doctor was giving us. It was an unpleasant experience.
We had booked our flight based on a recommendation from the Doctor-Med clinic’s sales department.
Another thing that disappointed us was being hospitalized for only one day — we had to extend the stay ourselves for the second day.
I strongly believe that after such serious surgeries, the patient should be hospitalized for at least two days for proper medical supervision and recovery.

I am very happy with this clinic. At first there were doubts, I chose for a long time. I read all the reviews.... But as a result I chose this clinic. And I was not mistaken. Everything was very well organised. The doctor showed the future result on the computer. We chose the option that I wanted. The next day we had the operation. The hospital and the staff couldn't have been better. I was taken care of the whole time. Then I was taken to a hotel. A week later the cast was removed. I had 24 hours online communication with the doctor. I didn't feel like I was alone. The doctor is very talented. You can't see the stitches at all. It's important to trust this doctor. And the counsellors

I liked absolutely everything, from the beginning of how I was greeted to how I was taken to the airport, what a wonderful service, considering the fact that I don’t know any language at all except Russian! My incisions seperated and bleeding. No adequate assistance offered.and no one turned up. They treated me like I was a nuisance and warned me never to come to the clinic. I was abused verbally by the surgeon. Dr Aykut is arrogant, obnoxious and rude. My nose is hideous, and far worse than before. My nostrils are now to the front of my nose and my columella is massive, and so is my tip. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made. Even when I was bleeding on and off, the surgeon shouted at me and told me not to come to the clinic. The co-ordinator is so bad at communication. I do not recommend this clinic and I am so distressed about my nose. I feel that he butchered my nose. 1st 2 photos after surgery, 3rd photo before surgery at the clinic. Hideous. My nose wasn’t bed before but now it has been butchered with a hanging middle columella and massive nostrils with a bulbous tip. No amount of swelling will ever hide the fact that this is a botched result.
I am too distressed to even consider anything that I liked. It was a horror story
Dr Aykut was awful. His surgery results and his manner was dismissive, rude and arrogant. The excessive bruising was as a result of the surgeons roughness. No photos taken to evidence results. No digital simulation for nose pre-op as promised. My under eyes were excluded from the process, yet No discount offered. The disregard for their patients is shocking.

Bookimed failed to assist me in getting the surgeon to attend to me when my liplift seperated. They were not impartial and I felt ganged-up against. No effort or oversight was given to my my medical emergency and I was given the impression that the surgeon would be available for aftercare during my stay in TurkeyPatient video reviews
