I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Emre Türkmen , and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I chose this surgery to improve both the look and function of my nose, but the outcome has been far from what I hoped for.
Functionally, my breathing has actually worsened since the operation. This has seriously affected my quality of life, and it’s incredibly frustrating to now struggle with something that wasn’t an issue before.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of post-operative care. No one applied ice after the surgery, and I didn’t feel taken care of at all during the recovery and I looked like a monster in my face . But what disappointed me the most is that after the surgery, I tried several times to contact Dr. Emre to discuss my concerns—and he never replied. I felt completely ignored and abandoned, as if he just didn’t care once the operation was done.
I genuinely regret choosing this doctor and would not recommend him to others. My experience has been both physically and emotionally upsetting.

Avoid Dr Emre Türkmen at all costs. I would have given 0 starts out of 5 if possible.
I travelled from the UK in 2022 for the first surgery, the result was unsatisfactory and I returned for a ‘minor revision’ around 6 months later. The results of which are even worse, effectively ruining the nose structure and the frontal view.
When I have tried to discuss this with his Secetary ‘Gizem’, I have received short and sporadic responses with usually weeks between replies and no questions answered. I tried to organise a consultation, which I was deceived about, when the time came to call, I was ignored. Note that it also requires dozens of follow up messages to get a response. The excuse of ‘faulty phones’ has been the regular excuse among many others.
Furthermore, I completely concur with all of the points raised in the negative reviews posted for Dr Emre Türkmen. Additionally, the positive reviews are likely purchased in an attempt to offset negative feedback (note the generic wording used in many of the positive reviews).
Dr Emre Türkmen also charged me to come to have revision rhinoplasty, which is a minor point, but it was deceptive, being labelled as a ‘cost to cover the operating theatre’.
Dr Türkmen also arrived very late for surgery (circa 3 hours late), performing surgery at 11pm at night. The entire experience is very unprofessional and makes you question if you should be having surgery with him (you definitely should not).
Overall, I believe this doctor is a profiteer who has no real concern about patients or long term recovery. I would completely advise against ever going to Dr Emre Türkmen for cosmetic procedures.
I am getting a third revision with a better and more qualified revision rhinoplasty doctor in London who also agrees that Dr Türkmen’s practices are reckless and dangerous. Please save your time and money and find a more reputable and more experienced doctor to save having to endure the same experience as myself and others.

Horrible horrible horrible doctor. I got 2 operations on my nose and my eye lid and not once did he properly check the healing progress or even give me any care. I’m no longer able to breathe properly out my nose and can’t smell a thing, the sides of my eyes STILL hurt despite me getting my operation one year ago. I called them to discuss these issues and they didn’t care, not one bit. He destroyed my face and didn’t even offer an apology or offer any advice. I would not advise anyone in their right kind to go to this doctor, he’s horrible and doesn’t truly care for his clients.

I met dr Emre first time in 2021. Even if I wasn’t sure what nose shape I wanted to have I trusted him and let him to choose best one for my face features. He made a stunning nose and changed my entire life by changing my face - I finally started looking pretty! Moreover, as I had a problem with my septum he also fixed it so first time in my life I could breathe. Dr Turken is not only a plastic surgeon but also ENT doctor so he knows what’s best for you when coming for nose surgery.
Dr Turkmen privately is such a kind and helpful person . Always smiling and being so positive and always reassuring that all will be fine your nose. (And trust me I always worry a lot ). He never left me waiting for any of the answers and help if I needed any.
I recommended him to many people who already had surgeries with him!

Stay away from this doctor. He is the most arrogant, unpleasant, vulgar man I’ve ever encountered. He ruined my second revision rhinoplasty. Offered no aftercare advice. You’re supposed to tape your nose and massage for minimum 2 months. I wasn’t told anything and now my nose has bumps/out of shape. He’s ignored all the messages when I tried to ask him for advice. He has left the hospital he worked at therefore it left me with no other options. Save your time/money and go elsewhere. 👋🏽
