Hadassah Medical Center was founded in 1918 by the eponymous Women’s Zionist Organization of America. There are two campuses in Jerusalem — on Mount Scopus and in the Ein Kerem neighborhood. The center includes 130 departments, over 1,100 beds, 31 operating rooms, and 9 specialized intensive care units.
