When I think about what could have been better, honestly, nothing comes to mind
My biggest fear before this trip was facing the unknown of a brain cancer diagnosis while navigating a complex medical system in another country. I was worried about logistics and the quality of care. However, the process was smoother than I had anticipated. The support I received made a significant difference. My Bookimed coordinator was always eager to help, which eased a lot of the logistical stress that comes with arranging everything from afar. The surgeon was exceptional, and I felt a sense of confidence in their approach. When I think about what could have been better, honestly, nothing comes to mind. I am now in the early stages of recovery, and looking back, I feel the decision to seek treatment here was the correct one for me. The entire journey was handled with professionalism.

I really want to thank the excellent Bookimed team for how quickly and accurately the guys work, the coordinating doctor Natalya, who selected the wonderful doctor Roxana Kleper for my daughter with a non-standard health situation. Svetlana - platform assistant. Thanks to Denis for helping with the translation and arranging the meeting with the doctor. All questions were answered quickly and clearly, all doubts were dispelled, the doctor's consultation was detailed, Dr. Kleper is a professional in his field, studied the whole history of my daughter and analyzed it even before the consultation, and during it she clarified the details and made a plan, you immediately feel the experience in her business she has a huge, thank you very much. The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. We are not saying that there is no oncology, but the fact that there is no sarcoma is already pleasing. Received very nicely and politely. The coordinators are Russian-speaking. The whole process was good. Our case was handled well and effectively. We had a slight issue of the confirmation date but this was resolved very quickly. We are not proceeding at the moment with treatment however we may consider getting in touch once we have more test results (biopsy). Overall very satisfied with the service

Good day! I visited this medical center only twice for blood tests, waiting for 1 hour the first time and 30 minutes the second time, despite being the only patient. All other actions, including a doctor's consultation, took place elsewhere, so based on the above, it's difficult for me to give a different assessment. Regarding the doctor, I was assigned a different doctor than initially stated. I have no information about the current attending physician, so I request that data be provided if possible. The doctor's conclusion, by the way, was not on Ichilov letterhead but on a regular sheet of paper, and it contained different prescriptions than those eventually given. There were no explanations from the doctor regarding the side effects of the medications (and I traveled there because your specialist stated that the medication was used without side effects, which was key for me), which were ultimately prescribed and contain quite strong side effects.
