Good day! I want to leave my review about the Dr. clinic. Med. Choosing a surgeon to perform rhinoseptoplasty was important for me since my face and health are at stake! In addition, I have a tendency to be allergic to antibiotics and not every doctor/anesthesiologist will agree to perform such an operation. I started looking for agencies that would help with the selection of a clinic and a surgeon, and my choice fell in favor of Bookimed, there was another agency, but in the end, as you understand, I chose Bookimed. Let's start with the fact that bookimed staff offered several doctors and clinics for rhinoseptoplasty, I spent a long time choosing and searching for information on the Internet about the clinic and doctor. I chose Dr. Med because the doctor who was offered to me was simply amazing, and the results of the operation were amazing! Immediately upon arrival in Istanbul, a transfer was waiting for me, which took me to the hotel. The next day, Medical Coordinator Narmina arrived and helped me in all matters! Arriving at the clinic for a consultation, they immediately photographed me and made a 3-D modeling of my future nose, we discussed everything with the doctor and I signed a contract for the operation! The operation was performed on September 4, 2023. Operation was successfully completed! The main and biggest plus of the clinic is the surgeon Burak himself. He is a very nice person and an excellent doctor. The staff is friendly, after the operation I was in the clinic under the round-the-clock supervision of nurses. They also left only positive emotions. They fed, cared for, even helped to go to the toilet. They came without a “call” to check if everything was fine. I also want to note that going into anesthesia was quick and pleasant, if I may say so. It's like falling asleep after a hard day - these are the emotions I had when I fell asleep. I also want to note the hotel, not a bad enough hotel and the staff is wonderful. Water, cleaning - everything is as it should be. By the way, there were practically no bruises, only swelling for 1-3 days. Separately, I want to highlight my translator, Ali. I am very glad that it was he who accompanied me, I am extremely grateful. He's a great guy, easy to talk to. In general had a great experience
I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.
