I want to share my experience of the trip. This was my first rhinoplasty I wanted for a long time but could not make up my mind. Let me start from the beginning when I started looking for clinics I accidentally stumbled upon bookimed I was quickly found a clinic, which even alarmed me because I thought it would take me a month or two just to find a doctor. Thanks to Ekaterina who answered all my questions and dispelled my doubts even when I was already connected with the doctor and when I arrived she was still in touch and supported me. As for the staff both in the hotel and in the hospital pleasant polite staff in the hotel many even tried to speak Russian. I also have a daughter and she can not stay without me and travelling together with the child was no problem, it was a big plus. The operation itself went well the operation is done not in the clinic but in the hospital the only thing that confused me I could not provide photos before and after showed only one photo in profile but the doctor explained everything in detail I still decided to trust . It has not been much time since the operation but the first result I am satisfied with I had a large amount of work to correct the nasal septum, remove the hump, and reduce the tip of the nose and so far I like everything I hope to be able to add more comments after complete healing and a big thank you to the girl first.

I liked the staff all tried to help responsive and in the hotel and in the hospital and transfer, the first result after the operation, although it has been a short time the result is still intermediate nose looks neat and natural.
The only thing I didn't like was that they only showed one photo of what the nose would look like afterwards.

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came.
In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Explaining it to me on my fingers.

But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts
I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Worth every bit of the experience!!
Everything was absolutely perfect, very well coordinated and organized. It was a little daunting to be traveling to a country I'd never been before as a single female, but Bookimed took care of all the details and arranged everything into such a seamless and easy process. The timeliness of communication were superior. The doctor was friendly, hospitable, and competent. You could tell he really took pride in his work, which made me feel like I was in good hands.
I would've preferred not to be able to hear the guests in the room right next to me every night, but that's not something that can be predicted or easily accommodated.

As I've said, everything was extremely well organized, reducing the stress of planning and coordinating trip details on my own. Surgery aside, I would honestly use this platform for just regular vacations because it was that good of an experience.
