He did the work quickly and painlessly

I liked the cooperation with Bookimed, they are a very competent team, easy and quick to get in touch. Thanks to the manager Tatiana, who found clinics for me and was always in touch. Special thanks to the dental coordinator Ivan, who was in touch with me throughout my stay in Istanbul. The interpreters Irina and Kamila from the Mavidenta clinic are nice and fast. I liked the work of the doctor who placed the implant and removed the broken tooth. He did the work quickly and painlessly. The only downside was that the temporary denture didn't fit the shape and size, and there was no time to redo it, so the doctor who tried to fit it was nervous that it didn't fit me and I told her so, and pressed it in so that it bled and then hurt for three days, because they removed the tooth, put in the implant and sewed it up. So I was a little uncomfortable after this appointment. But in general, my impressions of the treatment are normal.

Regarding my visit to the clinic, first of all I would like to thank Dr Sava! For his professional approach to his work, for his meticulousness in fitting and placing teeth! If he did not like something he redid without hurry, without nerves and sent for redoing in the laboratory! In a word, a great man! Also thanks to the translators Madina, Irina and Kamila they are also good! Thank you to them! I also liked the clinic itself. Very clean, the equipment is new, the staff is friendly! Thank you service for tea, coffee and attention! I would not like to add negativity to my review, there is none !!!! One wish to speed up the process of delivery from the laboratory!!!! To all who work in this clinic THANK YOU!!!!

In my case, the following happened: after the implantation, an estimate for the crowns was made and the full price was agreed upon. When I arrived for the implantation, it turned out that I would have to pay more than previously agreed. Since I would need a different system for the crowns on the upper jaw and it costs more! All this is understandable, but I don't understand why I was not informed about this at the first visit? It should have been informed that if everything is fine, it will be so, if not, there are other options, but they cost more and there is no problem, a person will immediately decide for himself that it is necessary to have more money with you or to look for other options! And that would be fair!

I am very satisfied with the treatment and competence of the doctor. Everything was done quickly and painlessly. The bad thing is that when the bill was issued, the types of services, types of implants and prices for the services were not specified. The patient does not have public access to this information. I requested it separately, but was never given anything. As a result, I have no information about which implants I have and what the total cost was. The initial cost was much less than the actual cost.

Super professional!!!

I would like to emphasise the medical staff and especially the surgeon who did my tooth extraction and implants. Super professional!!! I hope she will be the one to work with me on my second visit for crowns. Super positive and pleasant person, and most importantly - truly dedicated to her work.

I liked the promptness of everything that was going on. The personalised approach in all areas is absolute!

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like. But we can say with certainty that the organisational part can still be worked on and attention should be paid to the organisation of third parties (there were hiccups that were not always possible to solve).

The way my teeth were treated there I had to have them redone and a piece of tooth came out of the tooth I had filled. When I arrived in Warsaw, I had to have it redone. So I do not recommend treatment in this clinic. If it was possible to make a refund I would do it.
