Estetik International Istanbul: Patients Reviews and Experience

Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

I liked that transport was taken care off from airport landing to departure, from hotel to clinic nearly every day even though it was only a 15 minute walk. The B travel- cab service were always on time. The group of nurses in the hospital were very caring and friendly. Most could speak english or a little and those that couldn't we would use Google translate. When the nurses changed shift they would all come to your room to say bye and introduce you to the changover ( I thought this showed nice manners). I picked Dr B because I thought he was capable of my requirements that most surgeons didn't have enough advanced skills for. He was very honest and had a good eye to notice my imperfections, which were only true and I was impressed he noticed them so quickly. He was caring and I felt comfortable with him. I can't yet see the results because im so swollen. It is frustrating that you can't share the results together. I will have an idea in a few months of my breast and rhinoplasty surgery.

The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude. My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

This was something I’d been thinking about for a long time my legs just never had the shape I wanted, no matter how much I trained. From the first moment I reached out, the whole team made me feel really comfortable and supported. They answered all my questions (even the small ones!) and explained everything step by step. The surgery went super smoothly, and recovery wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. I was up and walking way earlier than I thought, and now, at week five, I can already see such a big difference. My calves look fuller, more defined, and still natural exactly what I hoped for! I also really appreciated how the team kept in touch and checked in on me regularly. You never feel like you're just a number here. They genuinely care. If you’re thinking about doing this go for it. I feel so much more confident in shorts and skirts now, and I can’t wait to show off my new legs this summer!

I am disappointed with my my laser treatment and also the way I was looked after by client . I got laser on my face ,neck and hands to remember my freakles . The pigmentation on my hands and neck is quiet deep but my face wasn't too bad . On a previous visit in there Bursa clinic the doctor used different lasers dependent on the pigment and location . Here the fractional was used for all parts . My face was improved in appearance but my hands and neck are not good . The laser and the application was not good . The doctor went around in straight lines as if had wrinkles but the goal was to target and break up the existing pigmentation . This was not done therefore the results are not good . It was 31 degree outside and the clinic never bothered booking me a taxi home . Patient safety should be a priority this was very disappointing ,I felt once the money was taken over they didn't care about me . Wouldn't go back again after all this drama . The picture below is my photo a week after laser on my hands ,I don't see any improvement.

My first contact with Estetik International was through Zumrud, who was so attentive with any questions I had. I was very nervous to travel abroad for surgery but her knowledge, compassion, guidance in surgeon & professionalism put me at ease. The pick-up from the airport was luxurious & hassle free, with communication and foolproof directions. The guest relations assistant Olivia was very professional. The pre-test before surgery was far more intensive than I had prepared for, at first I was very overwhelmed but on reflection (and no unexpected bad news), the in-depth testing was medically competent and in line with the extensive care Estetik International provided me. In my consultation with Dr Selçuk Aytaç I found him knowledgeable, direct and professional. My treatment plan changed to include a 360 lift instead of a simple tummy tuck, this was my biggest fear due to scarring and healing time. 11 day’s post op today I saw my scars and honestly I have worse stretch marks, his work is so proficient and tidy. I traveled alone so my biggest fear was aftercare. The nursing staff are so unbelievably kind, reassuring, professional and friendly. The experience would have been very empty without them. In emotional moments they really cheer you up, in vulnerable moments they put you at ease all while delivering top notch attentive care. I’m too early in my treatment plan to say I love all my results but I’m excited to heal and will return. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estetik International, Bookimed and medical travel. From my personal experience in the treatment I have received here, compared to my experience in my home country, the quality of service and detail of care is far superior than anything I expected.

The ward is not bad, and the staff themselves, some incompetent, poured an IV on the bed, slept in a wet bed at night, the IV catheter was poorly positioned, my arm was very sore. The person who was supposed to accompany me did not come, since it was Sunday, I believe that there should be no days off for such cases. I could not explain to them, but on the second day a more competent girl came and arranged everything. The doctor is young enough, but I think he coped with the chest, but I'm not happy with the liposuction of the legs

I want to leave a positive experience about the clinic, I did a breast augmentation Very attentive translator Ozan, he is always in touch, and quickly answers all questions, just like the doctor. Gyurzel Turgut So far, it is too early to talk about the result of the operation, since only a week has passed. But at the moment I am completely satisfied with the doctor and the clinic and the staff. The hotel room and the fee were just as comfortable for the stay.

The doctor didn't even show up after the operation. One breast is smaller than the other; one breast nipple is much lower than the other. Terrible seams are crooked, rough - again there was no consultation - how to smear the seams, how to smear? I paid for 7 threads in the face - they put 5 - the face is crooked. I can’t say anything about liposuction, it’s hard to see something else, everyone is bruised, but the volumes have almost not decreased. Although they promised 10-15 cm on both sides. They just blew it. Even antibiotics were not given on the road. Disgusting impression, just liars, not a team. As the money was received, interest was lost, calls were not answered. One thing I can say nurses as they could help. The food is just disgusting. Dinner was not brought at all. I don’t just advise the clinic, but I advise you to run until you are completely mutilated there.
