Thank you very much bookimed for supporting me throughout the trip. I liked the clinic, the staff is very responsive, everything is at the highest level. Very caring nurses, I had a doctor from God, I did a complex breast lift with implants, I was very worried, but everything went well. It was a wonderful experience. Conducted breast augmentation surgery at Forme Clinic. This is not a clinic - this is a 5 star hotel))) You feel at home) Wonderful staff, very caring and that the most important thing for me is that you don’t feel that you are in the hospital. Dr. Mertan, was very attentive to my wishes and fulfilled everything exactly as I needed. The result exceeded all expectations, I was very pleased. I advise everyone to this clinic and doctor.

I found Formé Klinik on Bookimed's site. I had Otoplasty Surgery at Forme Clinic. The clinic is hygienic and beautiful as seen in the image. The clinical staff are very friendly, especially the health personnel who take care of them before, during and after the surgery. If I'm going to make an evaluation about the surgery; they did a blood test and covid-19 test before the surgery. The surgery took about 1 hour if I remember correctly. Bandages were applied to my ears after the surgery and these bandages were removed at the follow-up 1 day later. They gave me a bandage to use for 3-4 weeks and I used it. Since the sutures placed in the ears during the operation are not absorbable, they must be removed 10 days after the operation. Postoperative swelling and bruises decreased from the 2nd week and started to disappear completely from the 3rd week. Although 4 weeks have passed since the surgery, the sensitivity in the ears continues, albeit slightly. After the surgery, there are slight symmetry differences in my ears, but it looks good compared to how it used to be. I would like to thank the Bookimed staff who provided the contact between me and the clinic during this process. They helped me quickly by contacting the clinic in every matter I needed. I was looking for a good clinic for a very long time, and one fine day I still found ... read a bunch of reviews and decided that I would do the operation in it, my now beloved FORME CLINIC. There is a wonderful plastic surgeon Peter Jan Vashemu. I went to him. He well understood my problem as he has been operating for several years. He encouraged, supported and assured that everything would be all right. Before the operation, I was admitted to the department, shod in uniform, removed my hair and taken to the operating room. On the “sacrificial” table, they covered me with a wide sheet, only they left my ear open. Then they administered anesthesia - injections. I felt all the manipulations of the doctor, but there was no pain. I heard the doctor's voice clearly. Sometimes he talked to me to distract me. The operation lasted about an hour. Then I was escorted into the hall with a tightly put on a bandage and I went home .. I did dressings, drank pills, and when the stitches were removed I was delighted. My ears were very different. Now I have complete symmetry and I can easily wear any hairstyle.

Landing at the airport, a taxi driver with a sign of my name was waiting for me) immediately arrived at the clinic and passed the tests) the clinic is beyond praise! The new building, after repair, there was absolutely no feeling that you were in the hospital) this is a 5 * hotel, not otherwise) the staff is just wonderful, they tried to do everything for the most comfortable stay) the girl from the reception helped a lot, and the nurse who spoke Russian) after consulting the doctor, all fears and doubts disappeared by themselves, so the doctor inspires confidence) the operation was successful, only to remove the langet) before discharge, all medications were given, and recommendations for the recovery period after the operation) the next day I flew back to Ukraine) Varvara from the Bookimed care center helped a lot with changing the departure date) also Varvara and Lyudmila were always in touch and helped in case of any questions) Highly recommend! Medicine, staff, clinic-on top! I’m sure that I’ll return to this clinic)

I really liked the clinic. Everything is top notch, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The only thing is that after the eyelid surgery, edema appeared that did not go away for a long time. But a month later, everything fell into place, so I am very pleased with the clinic.
