The medical team was friendly, thorough and provided options to obtain the best results for my procedures. I had attentive nurses during my stay in the hospital following the procedure.
The support was not perfect, but I am satisfied with what I received. I had consistent communication regarding my request, however there was an issue with the pricing. The cost of one of my procedures was missing. I did not find this out until my in person consultation just prior to surgery. I requested confirmation that the pricing was correct with bookimed because it seemed a little off and was told it was correct (it wasn’t). This discrepancy was probably due to communication between bookimed and the clinic. That said, I would use them in future.
