Dr Hanna’s support and coordination. It was truly an effortless experience knowing she was there to help meet all my needs. Her support gave me the comfort in using health services outside the US.
Nothing major. Took a little time to get my final report (about a week). The doctors assistant was apparently sick but I was happy regardless since the results of the colonoscopy and endoscopy were given immediately after the procedure.

A very professional team. I had a translator throughout to not only do translation but guide me to the places I needed to be. Very clean and welcoming place. The prices are discussed prior to your arrival and appointment booking. There is also a transfer car that can be arranged on the days that you need it. Everything is here to make your visit as stress free and pleasant as a trip to the hospital can be.

Most importantly they got the job done
I don’t have any complaints. The coordinator, doctor and interpreter was accommodating. Most importantly they got the job done.
Efficiency and cost effectiveness
I guess perhaps it was that I had to assert myself to remind them that I’m looking to get this done quickly rather than later. But no big deal, as right after I told them I want the appointment done asap, they got it booked in 2 days.

Very clean, good translator,good doctor.
After endoscopy, I stayed in the room waiting for the doctor to come.I waited 2 hours ,then the nurse said that he is coming but he didn't come.I had been wanting for the doctor to show me the results for more than 3 hours, and then the staff said to wait 2 hours more because he had an emergency. I said I cannot wait there till evening and I asked to book an appointment the next day. Next day the doctor gave me the results and explained everything. The clinic has expensive procedures.
