I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

Excellent medical team, the operation was done perfectly God bless everyone. Excellent attention of nurses after the operation in the ward. Excellent accompaniment of supervisors in polyclinics quickly carried out before the operation onalyses settlement in the hotel. The supervisor after discharge not once interested in my well-being I am satisfied with everything a huge THANK YOU.

It's a nice small clinic. I will start with the supervisor: Karina, a wonderful girl, very friendly and professional, I was delighted with her. The nurses are mostly adult women with a lot of experience. The night after the operation I was pleasantly surprised that after pressing the call button I did not have to wait for them to come at all. The surgeon and anaesthetist are professionals.

Surgeon pleasant kind helpful. However, not very transparent, I asked for a certain result. His assistant and he himself assured me that it was feasible and that I would get it. Nothing at all like what I had asked for and once you have paid the deposit it will be very difficult to get in touch with his personal assistant... fortunately there was the bookimed assistant who was always there to meet my expectations!

I was satisfied with everything. The staff literally led me by the hand to all the examinations. Dr Alexandra Luniewska listened to all my wishes and applied them during the operation. I can't say 100% yet, as it is 9 days after the operation, but based on what I can see, I am satisfied with the result.

The clinic is well equipped, very clean, the staff is attentive. The hotel was very close by. The disadvantage I can call too short consultation on implants before the operation and lack of contact with the doctor after the operation. The doctor comes only for the operation. But everything went without complications and I received proper care. The nursing staff is very attentive, helpful and polite.

Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

I would like to highlight the work of our supervisor Egor and express my gratitude to him for his help and professional work! From the first minutes of communication, we felt that we were in safe hands. All questions were solved quickly and professionally! Egor, showed excellent professional and human qualities! The clinic was selected according to our request and on the day necessary for us to visit We had force majeure circumstances, and thanks to the professionalism of Egor, the issue was resolved immediately. In the future we will work only with him!!! Once again many thanks to Egor for his professionalism and brilliantly done work.

We met at the specified time, the clinic employee spoke different languages and accompanied us everywhere. All diagnostics were carried out as comfortably and efficiently as possible, the clinic staff were very friendly and competent. A complete check-up of the body and consultations with specialists took 2 and a half days, which could not but rejoice. All results were provided in full as quickly as possible. All recommendations and treatments are prescribed. I especially want to express my gratitude to the neurologist, who is a super professional in her field.
