The situation is clear with Bookimed. From the very beginning, I stated that I would only travel if my teeth were done the way I wanted. Nonetheless, you let me travel, sent me to three different doctors, and in the end, I returned home without a single tooth treated. My travel expenses for hotel, trains, and taxi amounted to 600 euros, for which I received no service. This is fraud. No teeth were extracted, so I did not receive any anesthesia. There were no additional costs incurred at the clinic itself. I feel terrible and deceived.

My procedure was a surgical phlebectomy for a single varicose vein in one leg. What stood out was the surgeon's approach; he performed the procedure himself and took the time to show me the ultrasound images to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood the compression stocking routine for my recovery. I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid to the clinic.

My biggest worry before travelling was whether the quality of the surgeon would be as good as promised and if the final cost would be predictable. On the medical side, the doctor and the service have been absolutely first-class. I am in the early phase of recovery from my Haglund’s Deformity surgery, and I feel the surgeon handled my case with great professionalism. The care was excellent. The part that could be better, however, is the financial transparency. I was disappointed when the final price changed from what was originally agreed upon. This was a significant drawback for me and created a mixed overall feeling, despite the high quality of the medical treatment itself.

Honestly, there is nothing that could have been better
The initial consultation set the tone for the entire process. It was clear from the start that my treatment would require two visits, which I appreciated knowing upfront. My coordinater Lilia was very helpful and assisted me every step; she made everything straightforward. I am still in early recovery, so it's too early to tell about the final outcome, but I'm scheduled to get full dentures on top and a partial on the bottom during the next appointment. The clinic has stayed in touch since I left. There were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. Honestly, there is nothing that could have been better. My main advice for future patients is to be prepared for that second visit if you have teeth extracted, as your gums will need time to heal before the final denture is fitted.

If you're considering this procedure, I can say my experience was very positive. The care I received from my surgeon and the clinic staff was professional and reassuring from the very beginning. Everything was handled well. I am still in the early stages of recovery, but I feel good about my decision. My main piece of advice for anyone else is to continue working on your health afterwards as well. Think of it this way: the treatment itself gives your body a reboot for change.

The clinic provided excellent care
What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain. The doctors and staff were competent and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me confidence. Everything went according to plan. The clinic provided excellent care.
The coordinator was always available, and the staff always went out of their way to help and support me; even though I didn’t really speak the language, everything was top-notch

I definitely recommend this hospital for treatments
Everyone starting with the coordinators, doctor, nurses were really nice and helpful, the staff care about their patients. The appointment i was supposed to have in another clinic was canceled because the doctor canceled all appointments on the surgery day, so the coordinator from bookimed (Natalia) reached out to Lokman Hekim hospital and they agreed to take me in the same day for blood tests and surgery next day, I am really thankful to dr. Hasan, nurses, Mr. Ismael, Olga and everyone, who took a part in my stay in the hospital.I definitely recommend this hospital for treatments

We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! To all who are sick, a speedy recovery!

Both the surgeon himself and the entire staff worked seamlessly and professionally; I felt supported at every stage. Everything at the clinic is very well organised. The recovery process is still ahead of me, but thanks to this approach, I am confident that I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. Although my procedure was a traditional platysmaplasty, I am dissatisfied with the work of the surgeon and the clinic as a whole. The staff did their best, which was a small ray of hope, but that couldn’t make up for the fundamental shortcomings. Recovery is difficult. So far, dealing with the compression garments has by far been the hardest part of the whole process, making it even more unpleasant. All in all, a very sobering experience for me.
The "Zeppelin" hotel was the only good thing about my whole trip
Languages: English and Polish only. No German interpreter. Communication is very difficult, relying solely on translations via the app.
