We were very satisfied with the quality of service
We had a check-up at Medipol global clinic, we were very satisfied with the quality of service. Everything is clear, accessible, prompt and most importantly professional!
We were examined, treatment was prescribed, we will believe that it will help us and we will be cured!
I would like to thank all the doctors, staff of the check-up department and interpreter Zarina for your attitude and your professional approach to each patient.
I would also like to thank Svetlana, Bookimed coordinator, for the excellent organisation of our check-up and for her humanity, kindness and empathy!

About Bookimed service
The coordinator Svetlana helped us with the organisation of the trip (airport-hotel transfer, clinic hotel (each visit), airport hotel, programme selection, etc.). I would like to express my gratitude to her for her kindness, for the way she managed to make us feel at ease, for her professionalism (she clarified in detail what was bothering us and together with the clinic in online format selected a check-up programme), for her humanity and for her support. She was always in touch with me and at the end she was very worried about the results of the check-up. Such an attitude to a complete stranger is rare nowadays. I thank Svetlana and wish her health, happiness, prosperity and all the best 🌷🌷🌷🌷
