Our check up went fairly quickly and pleasantly. The medical staff was very attentive to our questions. The interpreter was helpful everywhere, I don't know how we would have managed without them. All the health questions we were interested in were answered and we received recommendations. They helped us to order the necessary vitamins.

They didn’t warn that some of the tests were done on an empty stomach! They told us to take replacement shoes for the treadmill, this is written in the preparation instructions, the two of us brought replacement shoes, because of which we bought luggage, in fact - on the path we were wearing ordinary street sneakers! Queues!!! There were queues all around, we waited for a therapist for more than an hour, for an ophthalmologist for more than 40 minutes, a lot of time was spent waiting at the door, although we had a VIP check-in package! Doctors without coats, in jeans, sweaters, in which they walk down the street! The cardiologist was talking on a mobile phone during an ultrasound of the heart! The gynecologist did not give any recommendations, spent 1 minute on the examination, there was no answer to the questions, everything was very superficial, the doctors did not devote time, despite the fact that people flew from another country specifically for this! But the Turks sit for an hour in the office for consultations! Like a conveyor belt and formal! A number of deviations were identified - no recommendations, what is this for? How to look for the cause and eliminate it? Go take your vitamins - a very unprofessional approach! The clinic coordinator also wrote strange messages in response to my complaint that the cardiologist was talking on his mobile phone during the ultrasound and was not wearing a gown - like this is normal for them, but we have never seen this anywhere else! The price for some tests was announced at the reception twice as much, I had to find out on the spot and write to everyone about this - why was the price announced the same, but in fact it is 2 times different?! There are many nuances, just like for a VIP check-in. You can just get tested everywhere and cheaper, in this clinic there is no individual approach and the doctors don’t care - it’s noticeable, we won’t come to this place again.

If I had to sum up my impression of the staff in one word , It would be professional. Doctors identified the problems immediately and cured it. They dealt with all the situations in a professional, calm and efficient manner. All the testing and results were on time with no delays. They always give their 110% when it comes to helping their patients.

Hello!!! I would like to share my impressions and conclusions about the Memorial clinic. A huge clinic, the work is well coordinated at the highest level. Transfer and first consultation are completely free. The translators are friendly and helpful in everything. And a special thanks to Bookimed directly to the coordinator Inge, if not for her, we probably would not be there. Thanks everyone !!!

Promised to return with genetic test results within 2 months - it's already been 4, and there is no feedback. It feels like they have lost them altogether.

It was too bad I didn't get any treatment they just look at me as money i paid alot of money to the hospital and didn't get any think bad hospital
