Centro Médico Teknon: Patients Reviews and Experience

On January 21, we arrived at the Teknon clinic late at night, which pleasantly surprised us without any problems settled in the ward and the examination began in the morning. The clinic impressed us. The medical staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Everything, two days of examinations passed easily and naturally. Many thanks to the international department, Irina, who was in touch with us even at night, Olesya, who led us from September to January and reacted and responded to all my letters. Maria, who monitored all the sensors and indications during the examination and of course Dr. Antonio Russi! During the first 10 years of treatment of epilepsy, I heard a phrase from which all doctors fended off, as in Ukraine as in Russia. Need to find the CAUSE of epilepsy! It plays a crucial role in the selection of treatment. It is also worth noting that the participation of these wonderful people in the acquisition of essential drugs in Spain (we just brought them to the house) My family and I remember the time spent in Teknon with warmth and gratitude to all who were with us for this short time. And something tells me that we will meet with you next year) once again, many thanks to all those who were next to us, Irina, Olesya, Maria, Kirill (thanks for calling back September and introduced us to the doctor in Kiev) and of course a special thanks and kowtow to Dr. Antonio Russi.

The coordinator helped me perfectly in determining the place of treatment, collecting all the necessary documents and agreeing with the clinic about my hospitalization. They always come into the ward with smiles, they know how to cheer up a child, and how to explain the need for medical procedures. Thanks to them, children feel safe, comfortably settling in this medical institution, equipped with the latest medical equipment. Especially I want to say about Dr. Antonio Russi, from whom I am delighted! Highly professional doctor of the European level - Doctor “From God”, possessing high theoretical and practical knowledge in his medical profile. Doctors Russi is distinguished by an individual approach and self-control, patience, wisdom, honesty, calmness and high competence. Such a sensitive, attentive doctor can be trusted not only with the examination and subsequent medical prescriptions, but also as a whole with further treatment of the child. We came from Moscow to Barcelona, to Dr. Russi. We have been trying to understand what has been going on with our child for 2 years. Our doctors are so stupid that have made a totally different diagnoses. We were in hell. We underwent all possible tests and had nothing. Dr. Russi has found a cause of the disease and prescribed a medicine. Of course it’s not over, but our child feels better now. The hospital was great. We came over, and paid for procedures. We stayed in a VIP room, however, paid for a standard one. It was big and light. A child was immediately connected to the EEG and heart sensors. Then he underwent the MRI and we left the hospital. Next day we had a consultation, and the doctor informed us about treatment and prescribed a medicine unavailable in Moscow. Thanks a lot to interpreters. Well-done! The doctor has made the horrible diagnosis has been incorrect. And there is only one disadvantage - we are waiting for medical record more than 2 months.

Ms. Liza Dudnik from bookimed reacted very fast and was very very involved from the beginning. She was in constant touch with us all the time, even during her holidays. Teknon Centre is one of the best when we think about medical equipment, service, doctors and the atmosphere there. Cleanliness deserves for 5 stars. Dr. Antonio Russi and his team very involved with the study and very helpful when something happens. The nurses were treating my son as their own and thanks to them my son was not feeling as being during the hospitalization. Everybody, there was taking care of my son with great care, patience, and enormous kindness. And finally....what's the most important in this "diamond frame" - the diagnostic of my son is the best. My son's diagnosis is very clear. My son has been examined so thoroughly that the clinics in Germany (where my son is being treated) could not make such a clear diagnosis. It is thanks to the world's best medical equipment, in which the clinic is equipped and a well-trained team of doctors. Everything that has been included in this "diamond frame" deserves the highest rating of customer satisfaction. Nothing, absolutely nothing, does not remain here without a shadow of a doubt.
