The overall experience was excellent the translator was very informative as well as the contacs via email or phone, I can't comment about the follow ups because I have yet to experience one, anyway I am completely satisfied about the service and the surgery, thank you.

We received an online consultation, although we were supposed to attend the appointment in person due to health-related reasons, we were unable to travel. Our coordinator was exceptionally helpful, organized, and understood our situation. We are pleased with the clinic's services. Thank you.

Attentive and caring staff, friendly and welcoming, very clean clinic. There was a significant difference between the base price, which was between €5,000 and €8,000, and the only additional examination, which was €150. To our surprise, we were asked to pay €9,750, which is a difference of €1,650. I wanted to have cataract surgery on my left eye and was given a quote of €5,610, which I found excessive given that I had already paid €9,750. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the staff.
