I’m so sorry for the situation, but I can not agree with its content. Dr. Capdevila and Dra. Balaña reviewed the reports previously to the visit and in the consultation DR. Capdevila indicated that he cannot determine what type of tumour it is until a second pathological anatomy of the biopsy has been done. You sent us a report in which appears that this case has reviewed in 4 different clinics and there are two different opinions about what type of tumour is. So, to be sure of the type of tumour that should be treated, DR. Capdevila proposed to perform a new pathological anatomy on the biopsy. The online visit lasted almost two hours, plus half an hour more to specify what information you needed to send us, so we consider that it is not appropriate to say that you were not served properly. The doctor simply could not fix a diagnosis because he needs certain tests beforehand, such as a second pathological anatomy, which at this time he does not have. The treatment plan that the doctor would propose can be set once we received the tests requested by DR. Capdevila (images of diagnostic tests from a previous year and new pathological anatomy on the biopsy). We ask you to follow the recommendations of the doctors and send us the requested info not money.
