Everything was great! Accessible and high quality counselling from the coordinator Tatiana at Bookmed!
Tatiana put me in touch with the interpreter Olga from Special Veni Vidi Eye Health Centre Veni Vidi Göz Caddebostan
On the first day I had a quality examination and on the same day I had a lens replacement surgery in one eye.
The operation was performed by a wonderful doctor with many years of experience, a professional in her field - Sultan Kaya Unsal.
The operation lasted about 6 minutes (for the 1st eye), the 2nd eye was done the next day in 4 minutes 32 seconds!
The process was painless and stress free.
Today, more than a week after the operation, I can see perfectly, read and write small print! No discomfort ! The recovery process is ongoing!
Thank you very much for your labour and competence!
I recommend it to everyone!
Everything is very high level!

If we do have laser correction, I think we will come back to this clinic
Everything was done quickly and professionally. Everything was explained in an understandable way. Everything was done. Offered an additional service for which they did not charge extra, although we were not aware that this could also be included in the price. Did not impose any further services. Told us objectively what could be done and what could not be done. In the past they always tried to impose operations on us, scaring us with the consequences. But here everything was clearly described and it was explained that the operation was not necessary at all. That is, they didn't try to sell us an extra one. If we do have laser correction, I think we will come back to this clinic.
Professionalism. Not imposing additional paid services. Russian-speaking support. Everything was quick. And the doctor also spoke excellent English.
A bit more toilets:). The women's one on our floor was occupied for a long time.

Overall, we are pleased with both the trip and the attitude of the medical staff towards us
I really liked the entire organization of my treatment, starting with the search and offer of a clinic, the organization and coordination of the trip itself. The coordinator from Bookimed, Tatyana, was always in touch and answered all our questions on time. Upon arrival at the airport, we missed (through no fault of our own) the taxi that was supposed to take us to our already reserved hotel. But Tatyana was able to coordinate all the actions so that we easily got to the hotel. Later we called our medical coordinator from the “Veni Vidi” clinic, Olga, who was in touch with us all the time, both during the consultation with Dr. Firat HELVACIOGLU, and during treatment (keratoconus). Olga was ready to translate our conversation (Turkish-Russian languages) with the doctor, but since Doctor Firat speaks excellent English, in which it was more convenient for me to communicate, there was no need for translation. Overall, we are pleased with both the trip and the attitude of the medical staff towards us. We express our gratitude for all this to both Tatyana and Olga. But, as the Doctor informed us, the final results of the treatment will be clear in approximately three months, Alikhon Mamatov
