Thank goodness for Vitality Medical!!! I found items that I'd been looking to purchase for over a year - and I did not have to purchase an entire case at a time! Pricing is the lowest I've found. I was really shocked to see any poor reviews for Vitality Medical on Facebook. I have to say after several months of orders with consistently excellent service, shipping, and prices, I simply had to come give a review. I have ALWAYS received everything as it was described, good quality products, excellent and fast service and shipping, and I just can't say enough about the company. I have recommended them to our homecare nursing staff if they ever have patients who need suppl…ies, and I've told others who use regular supplies about them as well. Even when I find myself forgetting to order something last minute, the free shipping speed gets here often next day. I don't even look elsewhere for supplies anymore. Found supplies for our old oxygen concentrator machine at this store for so much cheaper than Amazon... even with shipping added. Reasonable delivery time. I like that you can buy individual items instead of an entire box. Will certainly purchase again from this company.

I ordered a case of sterile water for the oxygen concentrator. One of them came broken and it the water spilled. I called customer service who were very polite and they sent the replacement right away.

Five for very good customer service. They do not ship same day. They have warehouses. So if they do ship next day it comes very quick. Order Monday get it Wednesday. That would be for all non specialty products. Diapers pads wipes your going to be all set. Beds wheelchairs oxygen. Those take longer witch shouldn't ,but do so my five rating is only for the incontinent products. And for very down to earth customer service. That's an A+
