I was very satisfied with the result of my treatment at the clinic. Everything was done well, starting with the pick-up from the airport, the escort and the very polite attitude towards me. Any of my needs were well met, the translation was clear and the communication with the doctor was very informative. The doctor and his whole team did their job very professionally. I was blown away by how professional and eager to assist the staff were
I had lens replacement and cataract surgery and was blown away by how professional and eager to assist the staff were. It was followed up by Bookimed a week later since Id returned home. They even refunded me some of my original payment even though I hadn't requested it as they found an error on the calculations. I know it's concerning to travel and have operations but from my experience you truly have nothing to worry about. I will definitely look at further surgery via this company and hospital.
