A great treatment, I will repeat this in December with my wife. Service top 6 stars .from the airport to the hotel and daily to the clinic all around care taxi and interpreter included.

Dr and staff was amazing. They fulfilled their jobs are specialist. The translator we had was amazing. He explained majority of everything Hospital hospital cleanliness was superb.. I would not hesitate to go back to this hospital and see the doctors and event for any other reason I would definitely come back to Turkey to the memorial Hospital. I saw the cardiologist, lung specialist and also had stem cells Thank you
And all the run-up to the appointments and that the timing and everything was absolutely fantastic, even to look at my medication. What I was already taken, which I’m not sure if other on the right ones but the doctor changed them over which I’m hoping that this will work

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله كبرنامج بوكيميد ممتاز الناس اللي فيه ممتازين الرد ممتاز بس اخر مره عن طريق مستشفى ام سي تركيا المترجم شخص اسمه عيسى ضعيف جدا في الترجمه وما يترجم ليش في كلام الدكتور لان الدكتور تكلم فتره طويله وكانت الترجمه فتره بسيطه فكان في اشياء كثيره ما يترجمش فيها لي وما استفدتش منها اي حاجه وما استفدتش من الكشف دكتور

Overall, a great experience!!
I was very skeptical doing this and especially in another country. The staff did a great job with getting everything lined up. Dr. Gurkan was great, all staff was very good and attentive. I would just ask for a little more information on the process and the timeline for treatments to work, etc. Overall, a great experience!!
Everything was ready when we got there. Great hotel. Staff was great.
Language barrier was a little difficult. I would have preferred one assistant the entire time and not so many. Little better communication and information beforehand as to process and procedures.

I never knew who I was communicating with. Change in pricing agreement was difficult. Had to pay extra for treatment and TDCS therapy which was agreed to in our original discussions.

"The doctor was really nice and understanding
I came to the consultation without documents (analyzes), the clinic replied that I was not ready to give a consultation without relevant documents, which I think was good. I can’t say the clinic is good or bad for the above reason.
