I was escorted from the hotel to the clinic where I met my interpreter Ismail, he was a very kind and respectful person who accompanied me throughout the day in the hospital and gave me all the details and also communicated between me and all the doctors. I recommend this hospital with good staff and good reception as well as cleanliness 10/10

I had a VIP checkup at Hisar International Hospital, I liked it very much! The process was efficient, I went through all the examinations without any delays. Modern equipment, experienced doctors and friendly staff. The interpreter Rabia accompanied me everywhere and translated everything very well. I also had lunch at the hospital, delicious! The general practitioner at the end gave me a general assessment of the results of the analyses and gave me recommendations. I am very satisfied and have already recommended it to my friends!

I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

The clinic provided me with a transfer to/from the airport. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the coordinator-interpreter Lale, who was constantly with me all days during my examination and helped not only communicate with the doctors, but was also constantly in touch and resolved all my questions during a visit to the clinic. Despite the fact that there are a lot of patients in the clinic, all procedures and examinations were carried out on time, according to the previously provided schedule. They didn’t warn that some of the tests were done on an empty stomach! They told us to take replacement shoes for the treadmill, this is written in the preparation instructions, the two of us brought replacement shoes, because of which we bought luggage, in fact - on the path we were wearing ordinary street sneakers! Queues!!! There were queues all around, we waited for a therapist for more than an hour, for an ophthalmologist for more than 40 minutes, a lot of time was spent waiting at the door, although we had a VIP check-in package! Doctors without coats, in jeans, sweaters, in which they walk down the street! The cardiologist was talking on a mobile phone during an ultrasound of the heart! The gynecologist did not give any recommendations, spent 1 minute on the examination, there was no answer to the questions, everything was very superficial, the doctors did not devote time, despite the fact that people flew from another country specifically for this! But the Turks sit for an hour in the office for consultations! Like a conveyor belt and formal! A number of deviations were identified - no recommendations, what is this for? How to look for the cause and eliminate it? Go take your vitamins - a very unprofessional approach! The clinic coordinator also wrote strange messages in response to my complaint that the cardiologist was talking on his mobile phone during the ultrasound and was not wearing a gown - like this is normal for them, but we have never seen this anywhere else! The price for some tests was announced at the reception twice as much, I had to find out on the spot and write to everyone about this - why was the price announced the same, but in fact it is 2 times different?! There are many nuances, just like for a VIP check-in. You can just get tested everywhere and cheaper, in this clinic there is no individual approach and the doctors don’t care - it’s noticeable, we won’t come to this place again.

The hospital should show more interest and pay more attention to the patients

I went through the general checkup for men. I really liked the determination of all the staff. Everything was top-notch, the coordinators, the availability of interpreters, and of course the doctors.

My husband and I went through a check-up at the Anadolu clinic. The clinic is modern and client-oriented. At all stages of the examination was accompanied by an interpreter, which is very convenient. There should have been a free transfer from the hotel to the clinic, but I had to take a taxi, because. for some reason, a transfer was not provided from our Cuci hotel. There was a large influx of patients, in connection with which our examination, instead of 1-2 days, dragged on a little and amounted to 4 days. But the main thing is that despite some inconveniences, in case of existing health problems, the clinic has all the necessary specialists who will definitely offer additional examination and methods for their elimination. In general, I highly appreciate the quality of medical services in Anadolu. Thanks to the organizers and doctors!

Overall, we experienced great doctor and nurse care wiith an unfortumate and expensive screwup in the MRI order. I would cone back if neceasary, but be more firm with what I was ordering and paying for and what I recelved.
